【李光濱／花蓮報導】6名來自法國及美國的4男2女外籍遊客，今天凌晨在太魯閣國家公園綠水露營區烤肉，1名法籍男子Savier（23歲）突然越過露營區鐵絲網至立霧溪戲水游泳，不久後同行友人發現男子疑落水失蹤，嚇得趕緊報警。同行女子用中英文說「他已失蹤兩個多小時，我們需要更多警消幫忙！」

目前消防局已出動兩個分隊共10多名人力，前往台8線中橫公路170公里處往東延著立霧溪漏夜展開搜救任務，搜救人員在公路上架燈搜救，截至目前為止仍未發現男子下落。

（軍聞社記者莊家宏臺北七日電）桃園縣後備指揮部今天在中壢高中運動場舉行「後備軍人運動大會」，各鄉鎮市後備軍人及其眷屬共計二千二百多人參加，活動並邀請藝文老師現場揮毫及舉辦小青溪寫生比賽、園遊會等，場面熱鬧非凡。

　運動大會由中壢市市長魯明哲主持，桃園縣長吳志揚、北區後備部指揮官朱富圓少將及桃園縣後備部指揮官楊有恆上校等多位貴賓應邀參與，活動上午首先由陸軍專科學校、中壢高中及中壢高商等單位所組成的表演隊伍帶領下揭開序幕，桃園縣十三鄉鎮後備軍人以統一的服裝、整齊的步伐進場，展現出後備軍人熱情與活力。

　此次運動會競賽包括力拔山河、持球競快、時代巨輪、同心協力、野戰投擲，及大隊接力等六項，所有參賽人員發揮榮譽心與團結合作的意志，為爭取佳績全力以赴，展現運動家的精神。

　下午，後備指揮部指揮官王世塗中將抵達現場，為參賽選手加油、打氣，在閉幕典禮時，頒贈團體總冠軍及精神總錦標獎盃給中壢市後備輔導中心，對於民眾的盛情參與，深表感動。

　王世塗表示，後備軍人運動大會目的在凝聚軍民情感，增進軍民一家的情感，繼而強化全民國防的決心，形成全民防衛及動員的共識，期透過運動會方式，使民眾達到強身體健，藉此宣揚「樂在運動，活得健康」的理念。

【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】 卑詩省已頒布禁止司機在開車時打手機法例超過3年了，但現實中，仍然有不少司機採取各種方式違規駕駛。卑詩省警隊和卑詩汽車保險局（ICBC）宣布，從星期四開始，展開為期一個月的打擊行動，加派人手執法。
　　
卑詩警察局長協會交通安全委員會主席兼維多利亞市警察局長葛理翰(Jamie Graham)表示，司機在開車時使用手機前，需要先想一下可能發生的後果。他說：「如果您僅僅因為用手機通話或發短信而發生意外，試想一下您的家人或朋友該多麼傷心，再想一下分心駕駛的危害。」他強調，在整個9月，警方將嚴厲執法，並研究如何加強對違規司機的處罰。
　　
葛理翰表示，如果可能，警方鼓勵公眾將邊發短信邊駕車的場景拍攝下來。葛理翰說，拍攝照片只應由乘客來做。如果可能的話，他建議乘客將分心司機的行為和其車牌都拍下來。「如果情節嚴重，應與警方聯繫，並做好對簿公堂的準備。如果你準備這樣做，我們將對車主進行法律訴訟。」
　　
卑詩汽車保險局道路安全總監狄金森（John Dickinson）認為，智能手機只會令司機更容易分心。他承認法例從2010年1月1日實施三年以來，至今仍未收到預期效果。他相信警方有積極執法，至今發出14.2萬張相關告票，而違規司機面臨147元罰款和扣分。
　　
卑詩省運輸及基建廳長兼副議會領袖斯頓（Todd Stone）呼籲司機集中注意力安全駕駛。他表示，開車時打手機，發生事故的概率增加了四倍；而用手機發短信，則將危險提高了23倍。
　　
警方星期三在溫哥華市中心羅伯遜廣場（Robson Square）設置一部模擬駕駛裝置，示範一邊開車一邊用手機發短訊的危險。警方希望就分心駕駛加強立法，如更嚴厲的罰金等。
　　
據悉，分心駕駛在卑詩省致命車禍中，排在第三位，前兩位分別是超速和醉駕。而卑詩省每年發生與司機分心駕駛有關的事故達91宗，其中低陸平原就占31宗。 ◇
