先別說到攝影這部分...

連日常生活的道德與倫理似乎漸漸消失.
像是坐電梯, 坐火車, 捷運等, 先下後上, 是小弟的年代所教
的事, 近年來, 很多人開始為了搶快, 搶位子, 而不管你是怎麼一回事...
上週跟我的日本友人聊天才聊到這部分, 她覺得不可思議,
而且以為台灣的教育就是先上後下.

再來就是, 攝影的部分, 一些人為了取好景, 不顧自己安危就算了,
也不管別人感受, 恣意而行, 造成他人的困擾,
還拿出照片來沾沾自喜...
這邊小弟就不舉例了, 太多的例子, 在 01 中過去的文章都有人說.

昨天在中天的文茜週報中看到, 日本北海道美瑛農民, 對台灣觀光客相當反
感, 並且用極端方式來抗議(當然日本人的極端跟台灣人還是有差).
小弟索性就搜尋了相關報導, 結果不出所料, 不是很多...
現在的版面都被 胖達人跟洪仲丘的新聞佔大部分.

氣遊客來亂 北海道住民自毀美瑛松樹

其它的新聞, 有興趣的網友可以再去找找.

在國內的壞習慣也帶到國外去, 難怪外國人看我們
覺得台灣人跟大陸人是一模一樣沒公德心的.
所以他們通常靠嗓門跟購買能力來區分台灣人跟大陸人.

像小弟常出國的, 有時候還真身為台灣人, 而覺得可恥...

跟幾位高中時代的好友聚會 剛好朋友想吃蝦，就決定來這邊了 到店之後才發現已不若以往吃到飽的用餐方式 而改成299或399分別可以點5 or 7道菜 對方是說套餐式，但其實上菜方式毫無順序 菜雖有分開胃菜、前菜之類的，但都有什麼上什麼 這還比較不打緊，但後面讓我們真正不爽的來了 共4個人點了28道菜，我們都隨便分著吃 也沒注意到桌上什麼時候多了一盤"綜合蝦球" 也沒人在意是誰點的，但後來大家都已經吃的差不多飽了 那盤也只動了一顆而已 然後到末尾才發現我點的蘋果派還沒有出，才看了一下我們的點菜單 發現蘋果派早已消失，而取代的就是那盤綜合蝦球 才把服務生請過來說明原委 一開始服務生的處理態度還OK，說了那盤"綜合蝦球送我們" 蘋果派稍後會再送上，稍後服務生又跑過來說那份綜合蝦球是我們"口頭加點" 但根本沒人去加點啊...說明之後服務生又跑掉了 再過了一下，服務生又跑過來說"我們必須收回那盤多出來的蝦球" 雖然沒有吃虧，但剛剛不是說送我們嗎？ 當下也沒有多說什麼就讓他收回了，後來大約又隔了"半小時"蘋果派才出現 (從反應到蘋果派上來大概隔了45分鐘) 我想蘋果派大概是從一顆蘋果、跟麵粉開始製作吧.... -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.165.208.63

【邱中岳／新北報導】酒駕抓不怕！新北市警察局樹林分局昨晚分別在3處執行巡邏時，發現何姓女子（36歲）以及2名王姓男子（33歲、46歲）酒後駕車，3人酒測值都超過0.4以上，其中何女更高達0.98，警方訊後依公共危險將3人移送法辦。
 
樹林分局呼籲，如果有飲酒民眾，千萬不要存有僥倖心態騎、開車，一定要請指定駕駛或是搭乘計程車或大眾交通運輸工具返家。

對於明安未來發展，總裁鄭錫坤表示，計畫非Golf產品營收占比將達50%。策略是以現有事業部來培養，發展至少二個新的明星產品，創造集團營運成長。

問：在高爾夫球具代工經營上，明安的決心與目標為何？

答：目前Golf運動不再大幅成長，但仍是重要的戶外休閒活動，特別是美國市場，隨著經濟逐漸復甦，參與者會再回來，加上大陸等新興國家的發展潛力，未來還是值得期待。

所以，明安仍將繼續努力在這個產業中扮演重要關鍵角色。但會加入其他元素，例如透過服務替客戶創造更多的價值、藉由創新營運模式吸引客戶訂單，或應用科技讓打球更有趣等。

藉由這些策略與客戶結合更深，穩固既有市場同時創造新市場，目標為十年內營收突破150億元，奠定全球Golf製造No.1的地位。

問：未來明安對碳纖維複合材料事業的發展目標與願景為何？

答：企業「綠色競爭力」將是未來競爭關鍵，明安對複合材料事業的願景，是將自己定位為使用複合材料的專家，致力開創複合材料新用途，藉由複材輕、薄、鋼性強等特點達成產品減重與效能提升，最終目標就是可節能減碳，保護環境並提升生活品質。

複合材料未來之發展目標可從材料端及產品應用端來看，材料端包括從基礎的對纖維、樹酯等研究、發展來強化並擴大材料應用範圍，目前產品包括碳纖維布、先進石墨等。

產品端包括提高既有產品的附加價值與新產品開發等，既有產品例如自行車從代工跨入品牌，球桿的部分，市場上高低階球桿價格差異很大，後續將持續往高單價、高質化產品努力，甚至建立自有品牌。

未來新產品應用會從運輸器材輕量化及提升運作效率的工業產品來著手。

問：對自創碳纖維單車品牌「霸王鯨」有何期許？

答：霸王鯨（Grampus）強調的是完全個人化，初期鎖定的市場是利基市場、對自行車騎乘有熱情甚至是狂熱的消費者，先在台灣本土市場推廣，後續會推廣至大中華市場，最後將觸角延伸至全球。「霸王鯨」是集團產品第一次直接面對消費者，我的期許是不求多，但要求精，最重要是要推動Bike文化，為環保盡一份心力。

問：下一個五年計劃為何？

答：未來五年Golf產品將朝上述創新營運模式與服務方向穩健成長，非Golf重點則放在複合材料，3C、航太、手持產品、碳纖維布、先進石墨的積極開發與推廣。

一名男子和前女友分手後，各自都有了新對象，也都男婚女嫁了。日前2人重逢敘舊，男方以拉K為由邀前女友上賓館開房間，女方不疑有他，結果一進門就被前男友性侵。男子辯稱是對方邀約「嘿咻」，以「完成兩人當年交往時尚未突破的最後一道防線」，但男子測謊未過被法院判處強制性交罪3年8月徒刑。

這起男子性侵前女友、竟辯稱是對方主動邀約的案件，發生在桃園縣。去年6月21日中午，30歲的郭姓男子和前女友碰面，2人後來男婚女嫁、各奔東西，郭男以想要拉K為由，擔心遭警方查獲，且因為2人都是已婚身分，為避免不必要的誤會，郭男便開車載著前女友到中壢市一間汽車旅館休息。

2人進房之後，女子原本一邊看電視、一邊吃薯條，郭男則是拉K完後到廁所洗澡，出來後將女子抱到床上，女子嚇了一跳大叫「你要幹嗎？」郭男稱「我沒有在跟妳玩！」根據《蘋果日報》報導，郭男強吻被害人，並強脫對方衣物，儘管女子使勁抵抗，但仍遭郭男性侵得逞。

事後被害人不堪受辱，趁郭男熟睡時以手機傳簡訊通報胞妹協助報警，警方獲報逮人。郭男被逮後辯稱，是對方邀約做愛，以「完成兩人當年交往時尚未突破的最後一道防線」，結果反遭設局「仙人跳」。但女方否認2人曾是男女朋友，加上郭男測謊未過，並驗出有毒品反應，法官依強制性交罪判處郭男3年8月徒刑。
