房價低　高雄投資客往三民及左營區移動

【張菱育／台北報導】高雄市當地房仲業者指出，因房價低，取得成本較低，三民區及左營區有不少投資客進駐，就算奢侈稅有2年限制，也願意等課稅期滿再脫手。

中信房屋高雄自由加盟店經理王秉南說，高雄三民區及左營區有不少投資客進駐，偏好屋齡10年以上的產品，主要因取得成本較低，就算有實價登錄及奢侈稅等政策因素，認為先投資等2年後再賣也沒關係，另還發現，現在年輕人較喜歡已整理過的物件，就算屋主開價多2~3成，總價約700萬元左右，也有年輕人願意購屋。
