宜蘭礁溪國中、礁溪國小排球隊，日前參加北港媽祖盃全國排球錦標賽，雙雙獲得冠軍，兩校在礁溪國中體育館舉行奪冠慶功會，宜蘭縣排球委員會主委蕭錫鑫頒發獎勵金鼓勵球員，期許選手再創佳績。

礁溪國中校長林友杰表示，礁溪國中小一直被縣府列為排球重點發展學校，校方為了留住在地優秀人才，提供暢通的升學管道，積極準備於明年成立體育班，讓排球在宜蘭基層教育能夠永續發展。

首先這個議題是在有人提出"韌性"疊加所延伸出來的討論

大家應該都知道韌性是減少CC的持續時間
也就是所謂的crowd control，原本是團體控制，後來延伸為控制效果的意思(凡指定身,暈眩,緩速,沉默,嘲諷之類的限制行為debuff)
嚴格來說韌性是"減少CC的debuff持續時間"
因為韌性卻無法減免壓制和擊飛的持續效果
why?因為這兩個效果不屬於debuff
壓制是用自身控制對方而不是給對面下debuff(就和打架用身體壓制一個人和拿硫酸對一個人噴的差別)
而擊飛和擊退以及拉近是隸屬於位移技能
然而目前LOL卻沒有減少位移效果的手段，可是這些能力也算是一種CC
這裡誰敢說擊飛和暈眩不同，所以擊飛不是CC(如果不同歐拉夫開R應該會被擊飛才是!)
還有擊退的時間內也是無法行動的(被牛的擊退途中是無法動作的)

我想到新的一季，擊飛擊退的英雄也越來越多，近來LOL也加入了不少屬性(減少物品冷卻時間,減少緩速效果,減少範圍法術傷害等)
，是否該考慮引進新的屬性"抗位移"
減少被位移的效果
我要先解釋為什麼是效果而不是持續時間
因為持續時間的決定是在於高度
飛越高持續時間越長(還要計算拋物線還有飛行時間等情況，像牛的擊飛要是慢慢漂上去那多不自然)
還有擊飛的距離如果是減少在空中的時間，如果按照自然程度是會提早落地
簡單的來說就是"減少最遠的位移的距離"
像牛的W擊退距離是650
檢如有"抗位移"10%
那最遠距離為585
而假如在300距離碰到阻擋物(牆壁)還是只會在300距離降落
因為撞到墻還是會粘著牆壁滑落

除此之外大家不知道是否知道輕靈之靴還有減少"緩速效果"這個屬性

輕靈之靴
唯一被動 ─ 跑速附魔：提高 60 點跑速。
唯一被動 ─ 抵抗緩速：降低 25% 所受的緩速效果

可是三速鞋確是門可羅雀的一項裝備，比起緩速效果，大家更害怕定身,暈眩,沉默,嘲諷,擊飛,擊退等屬性
然而引入這個屬性後可以使他變的更熱門，也可以調整他現有的屬性

唯一被動 ─ 跑速附魔：提高 45 點跑速
唯一被動 ─ 抵抗緩速：降低 20% 所受的緩速效果
唯一被動 ─ 抵抗位移：降低 20% 所受的位移效果

各位好 最近約快到期了 剛好看到種花的周年慶大省真是嚇死人的省 所以想攜碼出去 但是本身沒有接觸過NP 以前跟著老爺子萬年TWM死忠用戶... 所以想針對幾個問題 不知道版友能不能幫忙解惑 1. 因為到明年1月才到期，如果攜碼是要183+mpro550的最低資費 不知道有無貼違約金 2. 在這邊http://ppt.cc/WFBM 看到貼心叮嚀的第二點 在看看上面的說明 有點不懂 下面說一年後變333 上面說一年後面433 ??? 3. 現在攜碼進去是 30個月都網內免費 所以不用特別設定熱線嗎 ?? 另外想問 之前在版上看到中華門市人員有甚麼員購價 不知道適不適用333再折價 ? 很抱歉我沒有把這邊當作個版或是客服版 有去過台灣門市問NP的事情 但是我說我要請教NP的事情店員請我稍待 然後就去處理別人不理我 之後也都蠻敷衍的講的我不太懂 門市人員也說得不耐煩 附近的種花跟電信局在一起 每次人都很多懶得去等@@... 如果方便的話 不知道有沒有中華員工可以聯絡一下 因為好多東西不懂 感覺之前看台灣的優惠方案比較好理解@@ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.41.98.30
