台北市長郝龍斌4日赴議會市政報告，包括童仲彥、簡余晏、莊瑞雄、秦慧珠及何志偉等議員，紛紛質詢近日食品安全議題，郝龍斌說，北市府已提出「窩裡反條款」，並「加重罰則到違法業者無法承擔後果的程度」。

郝龍斌說，食品安全最重要的是要對業者採取嚴刑峻罰、加重罰則及刑責；所謂的「重罰」，應是業者所有利得的全部，並應要求業者之間的監督與自律，再配合政府抽查食品安全，做好源頭管理、流向管制。

多位議員關切學童營養午餐是否使用頂新及旗下知名品牌味全的食用油，郝龍斌說，北市已有食材登錄平台，目前未發現使用頂新或味全的油品。

對於近日食用油、美牛瘦肉精造成的食安問題，郝龍斌說，首先要避免業者恐慌；第二，要避免消費者恐懼；第三，要嚴刑峻罰，重罰到違法業者無法承擔後果；第四，盡速訂定「窩裡反條款」，以高額獎金鼓勵勇於檢舉，北市府對於有問題的廠商，一定會加強稽查。

有一個周末早上學生匆匆忙忙進世界公民，遲到了，一進門，她就向老師抱歉：I am sorry. I slept over!

她想跟老師說的是：對不起，我睡過頭了。

睡覺是sleep，over是過頭，兩個字拼在一起當然「睡過頭」，好像完全沒問題。錯了！sleep over是到別人家過夜，sleep in才是睡過頭。老外當然理解這類錯，但學生說想來真是糗，還好是在教室裡犯錯，如果是和老闆開會，說自己sleep over，不更糟嗎！

來看幾個和sleep相關的表達：

1、sleep in：比平常起床的時間晚

例句：I planned to sleep in tomorrow.（我明天打算睡晚一點。）也可以說sleep late，但不要理解成oversleep（睡過頭），後者是指比原訂的起床時間晚，如：Sorry for not attending the meeting this morning; I overslept.（很抱歉早上沒去參加會議，我睡過頭了。）

相反地，如果要表達上床的時間很晚，可以說go to bed late，或是stay up late（熬夜）。

2、sleep over：這是美國的學生常掛在嘴邊的片語，意思是到朋友家過夜

例句：My mom said I could sleep over in your house on Saturday night.（我媽說我星期六晚上可以在你家過夜。）

因為美國的住宅區域較不集中，大眾運輸工具的選擇也不多，所以美國的小朋友周末到同學家玩後，有時就乾脆住上一晚。

在克洛怡做臉已經超過6年了，從一開始的在士林夜市，到現在的圓山捷運站附近。 平均ㄧ個月會去報到一次，有的時候工作忙，忘記要去保養， 就會收到楊老師的提醒簡訊，我想這說明了，他對這份工作的認真。 此外，我在那裡從來沒有被推銷過，都是我自己主動問主動提， 楊老師才會跟我提一些保養產品，這是我推薦他的很大原因。 保養流程: 洗臉--修眉--去角質--蒸臉--清粉刺--消毒--面膜--身體手足的簡單按摩--洗淨面膜 若有大一點的痘痘也會清理乾淨 之前我有一段時間臉頰週圍大範圍的冒痘痘，在密集的處理後也鎮定住了 後來也恢復正常 因為我自己的皮膚是閉鎖性的粉刺居多，所以比較耗時間， 但楊老師沒有因此而隨便弄弄，還是慢慢的去清理 清粉刺的過程中多少會痛，但楊老師本人很細心， 會注意到，也會先提醒可能會比較痛， 但我自己是還沒有痛到不能忍的經驗過啦。 基本上整個過程大概1到1.5小時吧 算是很輕鬆的過程 因為我常常做著做著就睡著了~~~ 楊老師只有一個人 所以一定要先預約 但是有兩隻可愛的貓咪 而且地方很乾淨 根本感覺不出有養寵物 推薦給大家參考 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.36.123.32

王陽明、高以翔被票選為「最佳全民殺手」，他們日前拍攝上海愛情喜劇《錢多多煉愛記》，劇中王陽明對高以翔有情愫，第3集便上演「男男吻曖昧情節」，拍攝當天他們拿著劇本偷笑不止，王陽明上場前還不忘吃口香糖，2人一共親了3回，他還連連稱讚高以翔：「嘴唇滿軟的！」

劇中王陽明扮演嬌媚型男，和高以翔是大學同學，同為高富帥代表，還不斷對高以翔未婚妻錢多多（尹航飾演）展開熱烈追求，使出渾身解數送花、禮物和華服，更不顧形象半裸，露出上臂半甲紋身和性感人魚線「色誘」。但他真實目的不是要當「小王」，原來他迷戀高以翔以久，一切都只為測試錢多多忠誠度，最終宣告誘惑失敗，才甘願放手祝福，在離別前仍忍不住對高以翔吻別示愛。

該劇為王陽明進軍大陸首部戲劇作品，初次挑戰男男戀情他下足功夫，私下請教同志好友，討論、研究人物個性，他被建議眼神、表情、互動的細節除了自然外，還要注意「美感」，一場他和高以翔喝醉在沙發上，他語氣輕柔撒嬌，還緩緩躺在高肩膀上，眼神流露出滿滿愛意，讓導演相當驚艷。

王陽明私下同志朋友多，彼此常大方搭肩摟腰，演出時才不覺得彆扭。他和高以翔私下不大熟識，合作後收工常一起聚會喝酒、聽音樂，還會相約看籃球賽事，讓經紀人笑虧：「有吻有差喔！」該劇於搜狐視頻熱播中，精彩吻戲於明（5）日播出，劇組大賣關子透露，劇情走向尺度大，養眼畫面還在後頭。

【蔡明樺／台北報導】衛福部「油安行動」全面稽查市售油品，至今下午2時止，共稽查4410家、1萬4438件，其中178件標示不實，不合格原因多為部分不合格油品未下架，成分標示為植物油或蔬菜油等，未加註是調合油，標示不合格產品應下架改正。

另疑似摻偽假冒的油脂品仍有2件待查，食品藥物管理署長葉明功今指，辰邦「葵花油（金葫蘆）」續查原料；另一件瑞昇實業社的「純黑麻油」，因業者提供的原料來源證明與衛生局抽驗結果不符，已移請檢調介入偵辦。
