【許淑惠／台中報導】有毒品、盜匪等多項前科的苗栗縣男子曾湧泉(46歲)，去年12月在路上看見1名12歲國中少女，佯稱載少女返家卻載往偏僻處，企圖在車上對少女性侵，由於曾男下體有10顆入珠，及少女年幼發育未完全，致無法插入得逞，曾男改強以舌頭伸入少女下體，並強逼少女口交，再將少女載往汽車旅館沖洗後，才讓少女返家。
 
曾男被逮獲後否認性侵，但少女陰道深處有曾男的DNA，曾男辯稱是手沾口水撫摸少女或滿嘴口水滴入少女下體，才會有DNA反應，台中高分院不採信曾男辯詞，依加重強制性交罪判刑9年6月。可上訴。

【曾雪蒨／台中報導】位於台中市的福壽實業遭立委爆料進口棉籽，台中市衛生局長黃美娜今天指出，福壽公司坦承的確進口140公噸棉籽作為牛飼料之用，但否認進一步提煉成棉籽油，該局將派員前往抽驗其油品是否含有棉酚，以釐清真相；該局也將該案移轉給台中市農業局，農業局明天上午將陪同農委會人員前往該公司了解，以釋民眾疑慮。

另對於大統公司咬出福懋公司早在2007年就開始跟該公司買油，與檢方僅追究其公司三年不利所得有很大差距，對此中市衛生局表示，追查不利所得屬於檢察官職權，因檢察官這次僅調閱福懋公司近三年資料，衛生局只是配合處理，至於福懋公司不當得利超過三年，是否要加重處罰？黃美娜表示，「將請示中央是否加重處罰。」

想請問大家 提離職時 會選擇 1.一大早提 且早點到趁大家不在的時候 走去主管旁邊講 2.快下班時候提 約主管去會議室提 還是有更好的方法? 另外 我想以生涯規劃為理由來提 但,萬一主管繼續問下去.... 要我說出我的規劃 此時還有啥更好的理由呢? 另外 跟幾個比較好的同事 大家會說出離職真實原因嗎?
