【陳偉周／基隆報導】基隆市政府為了迎接下月21日黃色小鴨入港，市府規劃發行10萬本「黃色小鴨旅遊護照」，內容集結了食、衣、住、行等店家折扣，包含交通、基隆知名景點等資訊，讓民眾看小鴨之外，順便悠遊基隆。
 
黃色小鴨發起人黃景泰表示，旅遊護照目標招攬500家廠商，提供近萬元的優惠資訊，預計月底發行，售價不到50元，「絕對物超所值」。民眾認為旅遊護照提供購物優惠很吸引人，聽到要花錢買，猶豫說：「免費才要拿。」

標題[討論] 中職的水準大概等於哪個年代的日職

之前曾看過相關文章 日本職棒的水準自上世紀末松坂世代陸續加入戰場後 層級大幅提升到接近大聯盟的水準 不過在九十年代初期 有一度中職=日職1.5軍的講法很盛行 如果抓呂明賜在兩聯盟間轉換的成績來看 似乎還蠻有那麼一回事的 我比較好奇的是 如果把中職的實力放在日職的時間軸上 大約會等於哪個年代的水準? 個人想法或許可用投手球速做為判斷聯盟層級的標準 當然球速快不一定就是強 但大體來說層級愈高投手均速愈快是合理的 小時候看二郭一莊時期的比賽 日本主播會在投手投出150快速球時大呼小叫 這點和目前的中職還蠻像的 而當時日職各隊主戰除了幾個有名的速球派 球速大多也落在140上下 (反而現在的日職 田中160後丟個15x三振 主播完全無感XD) 所以完全印象派的判斷 我猜測現今中職實力可能跟80年代中末期的日職差不多(頗符合朗神三十年論XD) 不知道有沒有更好的方式來解答這個問題 觀迎討論~ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.44.226.68
