陳慧琳和老公劉建浩育有2子，一家和樂，但日前陳慧琳接受香港節目《最佳女主角》訪問時，訴泣在2011年懷雙胞胎女兒流產時的心情，「那個時候在醫院度過，想過一日就算一日，護士對我說，隔壁房間有個躺了很多個禮拜的，你要撑住。那個時候原來我一直都睡不好，很痛很痛，痛到睡不著。」並透露還好之前已生過小孩，若是第一胎生產時遇到這種狀況，將會嚇到不敢懷孕。

2011年1月，陳慧琳對外公布已懷孕3個月，不料在懷孕5個月時，雙胞胎女兒流產，「那時候真的嚇壞，胎水流出來，我又不懂該做什麼，打給醫生，醫生叫我第二天去檢查，檢查完就要我進醫院，因為羊水破了，要我睡在床上等孩子不要出來，因那時候太早了。」

當談到住院時，身體所受的痛苦，陳慧琳哭著說：「這樣就...幾日之後，就是痛了幾日後，我真的睡不著覺，我和丈夫說，我不敢睡，我不知為什麼，一睡就會醒，其實是痛到醒，我自己不知。」雖然失去孩子很痛苦，陳慧琳说：「我們都想強留住她們，可是沒有健康，現在這樣，她們就不會那麼辛苦。」她透露，還好之前生過第一胎，讓她有信心可以再懷孕，「如果這是第一次，我可能以後不敢生了，因為經歷過這種痛苦，很辛苦。」

北市將難保房市火車頭的地位？根據2013年Q3國泰房地產指數顯示，北市新建案平均成交價下跌5.68％，為全台最多，反倒是新北、桃園及新竹推案規模遠超過北市同期的5倍，甚至更多，可能取代北市，成為房市龍頭。但也暗示著，這些地區潛藏賣壓大，乃後市發展的一大考驗。玄奘大學財金系副教授花敬群更是直言，新北與桃竹的房屋不保值，須有人口支撐。

根據國泰房地產指數顯示，北市建案成交價可能來到每坪81.35萬元，較上一季下跌5.86％，跌幅最為明顯，儘管推案量較上一季增加1/4，然銷售狀況卻不如預期。總的來說，北市房市仍處於盤整階段，不僅如此，還失去主導國內房市方向的地位，反會受新北、桃園及新竹後市發展之影響。

調查顯示，新北市與桃竹地區的推案量占全台的64％，而新北市Q3推案量更是創下全國最高，達1364億元，近3年來推案規模逾1.1兆元，為北市同期的5倍以上，尤其近年推案量較大的後續賣壓，更須注意。

至於桃竹地區Q3的推案規模達1022億元，推案戶數不僅為北市5倍左右，甚至超過新北，潛在賣壓更為明顯，後市發展仍須持續關注。

展望Q4及明年房市，花敬群表示，Q3房市似乎有向下盤整之趨勢，不過桃園地區的量價仍向上攀升，人數卻沒有新北來得多，他直言，桃園推案最熱的時期已過，加上新北及桃竹地區的房子沒有保值性，得要有人口支撐才行。

他預估，Q4房市仍舊維持高檔盤整，由於目前市場風險非常大，不敢預估明年房市。然而，國泰建設協理陳仁澤則認為，現下房市以小漲小跌、高檔盤整為主，這樣反而健康，房市發展空間才得以長久。

外界對NCAA出身的陳山眉期待頗高，不過他昨天在海峽菁英籃球挑戰賽發生致命失誤，裕隆隊錯過10.9秒的最後一擊；裕隆總教練林正明坦言如何進行最後一波攻擊是陳山眉的罩門，但肯定他的快速轉換功力。

「我們最後一擊經常交給陳山眉，但他常以失誤收場。」林正明表示，還在和陳山眉溝通變換進攻手段，陳山眉基本上都是選擇切入，「他是經驗問題，會漸入佳境，而且他快攻的傳導很好。」

談到此役的失誤，陳山眉顯得相當自責：「今天最後沒打好，我希望能提升自己的效率。」被喻為是「防守大鎖」的他，對自己的進攻不滿，「並不是要得很多分，而是命中率要夠。」

今年成為裕隆SBL新兵，有科羅拉多大學背景的他受到重用，但尚未顯現在數據，林正明不擔心。「和隊友的默契需要一點時間，其實他自己知道，我們已經多次溝通，他會更好。」

裕隆昨以74：77遭達欣隊逆轉，達欣靠林冠綸狂轟30分，第4節反倒將戰況逼向拉鋸。10.9秒裕隆落後3分，陳山眉失誤後，對手朱億宗站上罰球線確定勝利。

達欣從金酒隊找來林冠綸、朱億宗兩後衛連線，和原隊球員磨合的速度快，海峽挑戰賽的調整優於裕隆的後場。達欣總教練許智超笑說：「去年我們被金酒打慘了，所以只好趕快把冠綸和小朱都找來，也證明兩人是成熟球員，不管在哪裡打球都能進入狀況。」
