魯蛇小弟目前就讀四中最偏僻那家的物研，實驗室做的是自旋電子學偏重MRAM研究，平常不外乎wafer sputtering>VSM看磁滯>曝光+ICP rie蝕刻>sem e-beam writer寫小結構>ion milling蝕刻>電性量測分析的無限迴圈，想請問板上大大現在丟履歷會太早嗎？明年五月口試，心情很著急，因為快三十了(當完兵，進補教業做了幾年夢，夢醒回來唸碩的)，由於家庭因素想進gg賣肝換現金，現在請認識的人內薦，會太早嗎？如果太早，什麼時間點比較好;希望可以一畢業無縫接軌的話，實驗室研究領域對找工作有影響嗎？另外除了本身實驗以外，加強什麼個人條件對進gg比較有幫助呢(除了OP,設備製程都行)，感激不盡囉 -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 42.76.212.145

因為我也有很多朋友在台積，所以講這個好像不是很好。 只是最近看版的感想，好像能進台積RD就很了不起， 台積RD碩士就在酸學士履歷會被刷掉。 台積RD博士就只會開口叫碩士做事。 一堆人po求職文，不是叫他去台積輪班就是酸他進不去台積人生就GG。 據我所知其實晶圓代工相較於design house薪水真的不高， 所以台積RD一堆工作5~6年的會往design house跳。 當然台積是很棒的企業，所找的人都是很優秀的， 只是在這個版好像怪怪的。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 180.204.146.135
