擔心另一半不全然相信你嗎？那麼為對方做一道煎蛋料理吧！若想給對方更多信任感，還可以選擇巧克力慕斯當作甜點。研究顯示，雞蛋和巧克力等食物中的色胺酸，可提升人與人之間的信任感。

英國「每日郵報」（Daily Mail）報導，色胺酸（Tryptophan）含量豐富的食物，還有紅肉、茅屋起司、菠菜、堅果、香蕉、鮪魚、貝類和火雞。

荷蘭研究人員讓自願接受測試的人兩兩一組，參與1場「信任遊戲」。

遊戲開始時，兩人中的1人會獲得1筆錢，然後自行決定要分享給夥伴多少，而夥伴拿到的金額將變成3倍，接著再決定要回饋給對方多少錢。

這是1種測試信任程度的遊戲，原因是第1位受試者必須信任對方，並在遊戲的一開始願意分享給夥伴較高的金額，最後才有可能獲得許多錢。

研究人員給參與遊戲的半數受試者，飲用添加色胺酸的柳橙汁，

「心理科學」（Psychological Science）月刊指出，攝取色胺酸的受試者，分給夥伴的金額多出近40%。

荷蘭萊登大學（Leiden University）研究人員說：「人與人之間的信任，是社交生活和合作行為的重要元素。」
