【大陸中心／綜合外電報導】福建廈門民警日前凌晨在二環象山隧道設路障，示意一名司機停車接受酒精測試，但司機卻支吾其詞怎樣也不肯下車，在民警多番催促下，司機才告訴民警自己全身上下只穿一條小內褲。

民警找來一件大外套給他披上，司機通過酒精測試，他無奈地說：「平常工作壓力很大，剛剛也只是自己排解壓力的一種方式，開車出來轉轉。」他的行徑令民警頓時哭笑不得。

黑莓（BlackBerry）手機市占率大幅萎縮，但有Z10附加密功能的款式，最近卻因監聽風雲大賣。

德國總理梅克爾本來就是黑莓手機的愛用者，喜歡用黑莓傳簡訊。今年初，她還在一場科技展上和加密款的Z10合照。

但最近來自德國的消息指出，梅克爾所用另一支諾基亞6210 Slide疑似遭到美國監聽。梅克爾主要用這支手機打私人電話，從2009年10月使用至今年7月。

所以梅克爾又多了一個愛用黑莓機的理由。德國當地媒體報導，報載梅克爾被美國國安局監聽後，黑莓在德國改款安全性高的Z10銷售一空，德國政府機關的訂單尤其多。

除梅克爾外，黑莓機仍不乏愛用者。美國職籃（NBA）明星奧克拉荷馬雷霆隊的前鋒杜蘭特24日即開心宣告，已加入成為黑莓即時通訊的一員。

另外，美國總統歐巴馬2011年擬定對敘利亞的外交政策時，也被看到伸手拿且不時滑動他的黑莓機。

其他使用黑莓機的知名企業人士還包括前蘋果執行長史卡利（John Sculley），他已表明自己是黑莓的長期粉絲和用戶，也許有興趣收購黑莓。

【陳宏銘／屏東報導】墾丁三死一傷車禍下午家屬赴現場招魂，死者曾鍾慶家屬透露，昨天下午三點多出門時，曾鍾慶告知家人要去幫朋友慶生，但那時說是去高雄義大世界；為何改為墾丁？就不知道了。

曾的家屬在勘察車禍現場後，對現場道路寬闊，卻無路燈設施，不滿「車速快的轉彎路段，為何夜間沒路燈照明。」恆春鵝鑾里長朱吉普表示，該路段常會發生交通事故，主要就是路寬、郊外地區車速易快，且該路段是轉彎處都無路燈。若不設路燈，墾管處在該處有設保護路陸蟹的標示牌，應該至少也要設轉彎反光牌，多少有提醒效果，否則讓地方鄉親覺得「顧蟹命不顧人命。」對此，墾管處副處長李登志表示，台廿六線沿途只有少數聚落路段有設路燈，因該路是公路總局管理，是否該設路燈？或設彎道反光號誌即可達降低交通事故效果，會向公路總局反映。
