【大紀元2013年10月26日訊】(大紀元記者張茹澳洲墨爾本報導)由超級會話(Super Speak）主辦的墨爾本一年一度公眾演講藝術節(SpeakFEST)於近期舉行，超過100名6歲- 15歲的學生參加了本屆演講比賽，其中來自Mitcham的中國孩子達比•李（Darby Lee）贏得了當天的兩個獎項。

SpeakFEST為孩子們提供了一個在觀眾面前演講並向同齡人學習的機會。節日有趣的氣氛鼓勵他們在支持和積極的環境中一展身手。

當天，來自Mitcham的華人小朋友達比•李取得了令人驕傲的成績。達比獲得了8歲以下年齡段口語說服力的優勝獎，並在詩歌表演中獲得「大力推薦獎」。

另外， 還有17位中國背景的孩子因在學習公眾演講中取得的進步和成績而獲得「優秀成績獎」。

超級會話的校長斯蓋林(Vicki Skyring)說，「我們相信，超級會話的課程能幫助學生培養良好的溝通能力，使他們日後在生活中獲得更多成就。通過SpeakFEST這樣的節日，孩子們把每個星期學到的技能付諸實踐，在有趣的環境中嘗試公眾演講，一展身手。我們為學生們提供了很多鍛煉的機會，SpeakFEST還只是其中的一個途徑。」

華爾街日報報導，以同名行動通訊軟體風靡全球、用戶已達2.7億人的日本軟體開發商LINE，考慮首次公開發行股票（IPO）。

LINE公司25日表示，正在考慮數個籌措資金的選項，包括IPO。日經新聞同日稍早報導，LINE可能於明年夏天在東京證交所掛牌上市。報導雖未提及LINE打算籌措的金額，但指出該公司估值可能達1兆日圓（103億美元）左右，僅略低於推特（Twitter）的111億美元。

不過，LINE發言人說，公司仍未決定是否要辦理IPO，其他討論中的選項包括由南韓母公司Naver注資、向銀行貸款等，只要能確保LINE的營收持續成長。

LINE不曾透露公司成立至今是否獲利，但今年4到6月的營收約128億日圓（1.32億美元），是去年同期的4.5倍。

「咦？走路姿勢也會影響到腿部曲線嗎？」

沒錯，除非先天不良，否則大多數腿部變形，都是因為「姿勢」不正確，長期下來易導致骨盆歪斜，連帶使肌肉外擴，進而造成各種腿部問題。

想知道自己的走路姿勢是否正確，從鞋底就能看出端倪，若有磨損特別嚴重的地方，幾乎就可斷定走路姿勢不正確！

外側磨損

如果發現鞋底外側磨損較嚴重，看起來呈現一個斜面，可能有O腿型、外八等狀況，不僅不美觀，走路時重心亦不穩、較容易跌倒。

當雙腿無法併攏，遠看就像個O字，有此困擾的人，建議以「大腿內夾」、「深蹲」等運動，加強鍛鍊腿部「內側」肌群，並且認真伸展，長期下來將能讓雙腿更直更美。

內側磨損

當施力點位於腳內側時，觀察鞋底會發現，內側磨損較多、形成斜面，長期下來易使膝蓋關節歪斜，進而導致腿部變形。

建議有輕微內八的人，可做「側身抬腿」這類動作來雕塑腿部，加上多多伸展臀腿，以及提醒自己注意走路姿勢。

腳尖磨損

腳尖磨損較嚴重的人，因為全身重心放在腳尖，拇指承受了過多向前衝的力道，可能會導致姆指變形外翻（常穿高跟鞋易有此狀況），而且比較容易有「蘿蔔腿」問題。除了提醒自己轉移重心，回家後也要多多伸展和按摩小腿。

後跟磨損

其實大多數人的鞋底都會磨損，主要看對稱性，如果磨損不對稱，那真的就要注意是不是病理原因造成了。

若常拖著腳走，就會磨損鞋後跟，甚至導致左右腳磨損不同。這是因為兩腿動作不一，一邊踩一邊拖，踩的一邊磨損小，拖的一邊磨損大。鞋後跟磨損，也可能是雙腳長度不等所致。長短腳的成因除先天性外，還可能是骨盆傾斜、甚至髖關節半脫位。

綜合以上，最重要的還是提醒自己，走路時盡可能保持正確姿勢。

正確的走路方式應為眼看向前方、後背挺直，跨出步伐時腳後跟記得先著地，並使用大腿的力量帶動另一隻腳前進，盡量跨大步伐、抬高腳避免拖著地走。從「走對」開始，擁有一雙筆直美腿並不困難喔！

黃金期貨周五收高，本周上漲近3%。

美國消費者信心下降，拉抬了黃金的吸引力，亦促使投資人更加預期美國央行不會很快縮減振興計劃。

紐約12月黃金上漲2.20美元，或0.2%，收於每盎司1352.50美元。

在周五稍早的電子盤交易中，黃金一度跌破1340美元。

本周，黃金期貨上漲2.9%，上周亦上漲3.7%。

12月白銀削減早場跌幅，收低18美分，或0.8%，至每盎司22.64美元。

本周則上漲3.3%。

周五，密西根大學公布10月消費者信心指數終值下降至73.2，分析師預估為74.8。

該數據公布後，黃金與白銀均短暫削減跌幅。

美國今日亦公布9月耐久財訂單上升3.7%。

分析師預估為上升3.0%。

但9月核心資本財訂單--企業投資的指標--下降1.1%。

經濟數據不佳，增加了美國聯準會(Fed)決議不縮減振興措施的可能性，為黃金市場利多。

分析師說，政府關門的成本可能讓11月經濟數據亦不佳。

振興計劃傾向壓低美元，可支撐以美元計價的商品。

但因市場已部份反應了Fed不會很快縮減振興措施的預期，為黃金與白銀未能快速上揚的原因之一。

過去幾周，黃金漲勢良好，支撐主要來自政府關門導致美元疲弱。

葉倫獲提名擔任Fed主席的聽證會，預期將在11月進行，為投資人所矚目。

今年以來，黃金下跌了約20%，正邁向自2000年以來，首度下跌的一年。

其他金屬方面，1月白金下跌70美分至每盎司1455.50美元，但本周上漲1.2%。

12月鈀金上漲1角至每盎司747.90美元，本周上漲約1%。

12月銅收於每磅3.27美元，上漲約0.5美分。

本周則下跌0.9%。
