【林修卉╱台北報導】假油事件連環爆！民進黨立委林淑芬今上午踢爆，衛福部去年委託研究的「市售包裝調合油標示符合基準之研究」計劃的審查人李敏雄，竟是富味鄉的研究總監兼監察人。林痛批，「研究總監是要研究如何摻假油嗎？」、「找業者的監察人來訂定調合油規範，衛福部不是請鬼拿藥單嗎？」

林淑芬說，李敏雄在本月7日才辭去富味鄉的職務，她質疑李可能知道東窗事發，所以辭去。

另外，林淑芬還拿出衛福部的會議資料，直指李敏雄建議衛福部，「調合油是廠商用心研發調配的技術，通常較貴的油脂，例如橄欖油、芝麻油與花生油等較貴才會被摻雜，建議只針對高價的油脂檢測混摻。」

【潘岳／宜蘭報導】宜蘭縣礁溪鄉公所將在10月30日進行冬令救濟社會救助普查工作，鄉公所估計需要各界捐助約1萬公斤白米，贈予約5百戶低收入戶，鄉內三皇宮得知後率先響應，今主委高賢及委員們到鄉公所捐贈了1千8百公斤白米，由鄉長林錫忠代表接受。

【施旖婕／綜合外電報導】日本廣島警方在前天逮捕一名號稱替人復仇的中國籍31歲男子翁武剛，警方依毀損名譽罪將其逮捕。

警方表示，翁武剛開設「復仇屋」，號稱專門替人報仇。在今年3月翁武剛接受一名29歲女子委託，要對一名25歲女子「報仇」。翁武剛接連發了數十封毀謗信到女子任職的公司，女子不堪其擾，報警處理。

警方表示，翁武剛的「復仇屋」犯罪案件可能是日本全國首例，而翁也在這次委託中獲得40萬日圓(約新台幣12萬元)報酬。
