（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北廿八日電）國防部軍備局中山科學研究院將於12月6、7日在桃園縣立體育館，一連兩天舉辦「2013軍民通用科技產業加值應用成果展」，透過實體產品、體驗互動等方式，展出軍民通用科技發展成果，歡迎各界踴躍前往參觀。

　中科院表示，此次成果展以「科技創新、加值應用」為主題，第一天展出時間自上午8時30分起，至下午4時40分止，第二天則為上午9時至中午12時，展場除成品發表外，也將舉辦科專計畫成果論文發表會及產業研究等相關招商說明會。

　中科院指出，會場以綠能科技、傳產高值化、航太科技及育成輔導成果等四大領域為主軸，結合SBIR暨傳統產業計畫專案辦公室、桃園縣育成中心與核能研究所等單位及合作廠商，展出產業化成果，相關訊息可至中科院龍園研究園區軍民通用技術服務網http://www.csistdup.org.tw查詢。

農糧署昨晚公布市售米混充，日前爆發「山水米事件」的糧商泉順又點名標示國家標準一等米，檢驗碎粒卻超標為等外米。

根據農糧署9 月18日修訂的「違反糧食管理法案件處分裁量作業要點」，泉順從8 月至今已違規3次，農糧署表示，今年9月23日寄出裁罰書，文到一年內泉順米再犯將撤銷糧商執照。

金價跌破每盎司 1200 美元，分析師認為，如此一來或許正好能促成金礦業的動態平衡。

雖然目前市場多數對金價看法仍然是看空，但是亦有不少人認為一旦金價跌破 1200 美元價位就會開始走穩，因為一旦跌破 1200 美元價位之後，供給面也將開始減產，供需達成新平衡。

《CNBC》報導，黃金交易商 GoldCore 的創辦人 Mark O'Byrne 指出，對許多礦商來說，金價低於 1200 美元生產就不具經濟效應，他並指出估計約有 36% 的金礦商在現價就已經失去生產動力，約有 28% 的金礦商今年第三季已難有獲利。

瑞銀也估計約當金價落於 1050-1150 美元價格之間的時候，約有 10% 的供給會開始虧本；Morgan Gold 的策略長 Edmund Moy 更指出現在大礦商 Barrick Gold 已經開始減產了。

Moy 表示，許多礦商也正跟隨 Barrick 的腳步。

今年以來金價已經下挫 25%，反應市場對於聯準會即將縮減寬鬆規模擔憂。寬鬆退場正是金價大敵，通貨膨脹威脅消退，金價價格就免不了回落。
