【周佩萱╱綜合外電報導】阿根廷首都布宜諾斯艾利斯，當地時間19日早上，一通勤火車衝撞終點站，造成至少58人受傷，去年在同個地點也發生類似事故，當時造成52死。
 
事故一發生隨即引發暴動，憤怒的民眾包圍列車控制室，隔著碎裂的窗戶，怒批受傷的火車駕駛是兇手，駕駛隨後在警察護送下送醫治療，並驅散暴動民眾，火車上的廚師表示，駕駛員之前就超過數個月台，必須倒車調整回正確位置再開車門，還有一次直接過站不停，懷疑駕駛可能在打瞌睡，不過當局表示目前尚無法判定事故原因，還須等候進一步調查。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北看守所通過環評，最快2019年搬家，空出土地將挪為公園和住商混合大樓用地。對於台北看守所搬家，永慶房屋裕民店店長李建良坦言，短期內應該不會有特別加分效果。土城下半年指標建案不多，僅華固推出「新綠洲」案較受矚目。

李建良說，台北看守所搬家議題已談論多年，目前僅是環評通過，仍要看後續發展，若真的搬家，對學府路、青雲路的房市有加分效果，現在當地15年以上中古大樓成交均價約每坪33~37萬元。

 【簡竹君╱綜合外電報導】內戰中的敘利亞，許多受僱於政府的狙擊手，在反抗軍佔據城鎮以平名為目標大開殺戒，甚至拿孕婦腹中骨肉當人肉標靶，只為贏得「死亡遊戲」的獎品：香菸。甫自敘利亞義診歸來的英國醫師諾德(David Nott)，公布令人髮指的X光片，一個已成形的胚胎，大腦遭子彈射穿。
 
英國《每日郵報》報導，諾德形容敘利亞是「地獄中的地獄」，狙擊手每日轉換殺人目標與部位，以增加「趣味」，而擊中目標的狙擊手可得香菸為獎勵。
 
諾德說每天早上從第一名送進醫院的傷患，即可得知狙擊手當日以什麼人或哪個身體部位為標靶，「有一天全是臀部傷患，隔天傷者都左胸中槍，再隔天全部的人頸部都遭槍擊。」最令人髮指的是大腹便便的孕婦也不放過，諾德說：「我在戰區義務行醫20年，從沒見過有人以孕婦為攻擊目標。」
