翠華園社區老人照護中心制度佳　立委籲推廣

【涂建豐／高雄報導】立法院社會福利與衛生環境委員會今日到高雄翠華園進行社區型老人照護議題考察，翠華園提供銀髮家園、日間照顧、老人營養餐、社區福利諮詢轉介、定點沐浴、社區健康促進、居家服務、老人居家無障礙環境及生活輔具等服務。立委趙天麟認為，社區型老人照護在台灣目前不大普遍，衛福部可以將翠華園的社區型老人照護型態當作示範推廣到全台灣，讓全台灣的老人家得到更優質的社區照護。
 
台灣身心機能活化運動協會理事長蔡錦墩向參訪立委說，有別於單一大型老人照護機構的高建設成本、距離較遠等問題，支持型住宅老人社區照顧服務中心是一種新型態的照顧方式，兼具在地化、小規模、多機能及在地就業等功能，銀髮族可以在此得到健康、支援、照護等服務，降低老人的臥床率。

監察委員吳豐山與洪德旋日前完成檢察總長黃世銘洩露偵察情資相關調查報告，對黃世銘提出彈劾，但彈劾審查會以5票對5票未能通過，傳兩位監委近日正在修改調查報告部分文字，準備提出二次彈劾。對此，吳豐山中午接受記者查證時，連續二次以「我不會講」回應。

System Explorer是一個類似Windows內工作管理員的工具，不過卻比工作管理員強上許多！它的主要功能有將程式傳到「VirusTotal」或是「Jotti」做掃描，內建反安裝工具，網路狀態監控，記憶體優化以及系統快照比對等。此外還有許多小功能，是一個非常適合拿來觀看系統工作的軟體。

Step 1.
首先，先下載此一軟體並壓縮後，執行「SystemExplorer.exe」。接著會出現授權協議，按下【I Agree】。


Step 2.
接著，會問你是否要在啟動時執行此軟體，選擇【No】。

Step 3.
接著，會進入軟體的主介面，在〔應用程式〕處可以看到目前在執行的應用程式。

Step 4.
而在處理程序處則是可以看到目前程式的連線狀況，按下〔Check〕則是可以檢查此檔案是否有毒。

Step 5.
此外，你也可以按下【滑鼠右鍵】，將程式上傳至病毒檢查網站，看該檔案是否有毒。

Step 6.
而以下為一個上傳的例子，由此可知此檔案並未被發現病毒。

Step 7.
而在〔模組〕處則是可以監控目前載入的DLL模組，一樣可以上傳檢查是否有毒。

Step 8.
在〔效能〕處則是可以監控目前系統的硬體使用狀況。

Step 9.
在〔驅動〕處則是可以監控目前載入的驅動程式。

Step 10.
在〔Windows〕處則是可以觀看目前所有開啟的視窗，同樣可以按下滑鼠右鍵來關閉視窗。

Step 11.
在〔啟動〕處則是可以觀看有那些程式會隨著系統啟動，當然也可以按下【滑鼠右鍵】停用特定的程式。

Step 12.
在〔Additional Info〕處則是可以觀看系統的其它資訊，包括作業系統的序號等。

Step 13.
在〔反安裝〕處則是可以觀看那些程式已經安裝在系統上，也可以按下右鍵來叫出該程式的反安裝程序來移除該程式。

Step 14.
在〔歷史記錄〕處則是可以觀看程式執行的歷史記錄，包括了連線的記錄都在裡面，一覽無遺。

Step 15.
在〔快照〕處則是可以建立一個系統快照，將來可以用比對檔案的新增與刪除。

Step 16.
建立完快照後，接下來我們就可以進行快照的比對，而只要勾選要比對的快照後，再按下【比對快照】。

Step 17.
接下來，你就可以知道那些檔案被刪除、新增或是移動了。

Step 18.
對於IE來說，一堆ActiveX的附加元件是IE不可或缺的一部份，但是惡意程式也往往從此產生！而此工具也可以觀看IE所安裝的ActiveX元件，只要按下[Addons]就可以了。而要停用的話可以按下【滑鼠右鍵】停用。

Step 19.
當然，要停用之前，最好還是先查一下這是什麼東西。

Step 20.
在〔Shell Extension〕處則是可以觀看按下滑鼠右鍵時會出現的選單內容，同樣可以按滑鼠右鍵來刪除不必要出現的東西。

Step 21.
而你可以按下功能表上的【系統工具】→【清除程序記憶體使用量】，來清出一些不必要的記憶體佔用。

Step 22.
如果你覺得此軟體太棒了，你也可以按下【選項】→【取代工作管理器】來取代Windows內建的工作管理員。

Step 23.
此外，如果你將滑鼠移至此軟體圖示上，你也可以看到一些基本的系統資訊，如記憶體使用量，CPU使用率，筆電電力等。
