【晏明強／台北報導】國共論壇（兩岸經貿文化論壇）將於10月26日、27日在廣西南寧登場，國民黨照例由國民黨榮譽主席吳伯雄率團出席，共產黨則由新領導班子核心成員、全國政協主席俞正聲與會。國民黨代表團成員涵蓋政、產、官、學界，包括新黨主席郁慕明、人民最大黨主席許榮淑、親民黨秘書長秦金生、經建會副主委黃萬翔及鴻海集團董事長郭台銘等200餘人參加。

國民黨人士透露，去年國共論壇正值中國大陸高層權力交班，部份議題安排不免帶有試探意味的政治性，但今年論壇就完全沒有政治性議題，回歸論壇原本具有的經貿文化功能與角色。我方與會官員除黃萬翔外，還有教育部次長黃碧端，及陸委會文教處長華士傑等人，而黃萬翔也將在論壇中專題演講「推動兩岸經貿與文化合作方向與策略」。據了解，俞正聲將於25日晚間設宴歡迎吳伯雄等一行人，26日開幕式與27日閉幕式，吳伯雄與俞正聲也都會發表談話。

NVIDIA 活動第二天，執行長黃仁勳親身上陣，揭露 NVIDIA 的第三根支柱：新遊戲開發技術。

NVIDIA 將於年底提供 Gamestream、4K Surround、Stream to Twitch 和重要的 G-sync 技術，同時也展示了 NVIDIA 最新的 GeForce GTX 780Ti 顯示卡。

Gamestream

Gamestream 讓使用者可以在 NVIDIA GeForce、SHIELD 平台和雲端的 GRID 平台相互傳輸影像。使用者可以透過這個功能，將 PC 遊戲串流到 SHIELD，並藉由開啟 Game Console 模式，將影像輸出到電視上遊玩。NVIDIA SHIELD 的 Console 模式將於 2013 年 10 月 28 日開跑。

SHADOWPLAY & Stream to Twitch

NVIDIA 也宣布推出 NVIDIA SHADOWPLAY 功能，讓 Kepler GPU 的使用者可以擁有內建的數位錄影機功能。Shawdowplay 可以錄製最近 20 分鐘的遊玩影片，為全時開啟，錄製解析度為 1080p。

NVIDIA 也為 Kepler GPU 提供了 Stream to Twitch 功能，使用者可以邊玩遊戲邊串流 60fps 即時影像到 Twitch 網站，而且對遊戲效能沒有任何影響，兩項功能也會在 10 月 28 日推出。

G-Sync

在 NVIDIA 遊戲之道中最吸引人的莫過於 NVIDIA 將和許多螢幕廠商合作推出的 G-Sync 模組，以解決過去 V-Sync 技術中，可能造成的延遲、卡幀和撕裂的問題。

過去 V-Sync 理想是在 GPU 產生 1 幀影像到 framebuffer 後，再由螢幕依序以相同頻率顯示。

不過實際狀況是 GPU 的 framerate 十分不穩定，形成 GPU 的 framerate 和螢幕 framerate 無法配合的情況。

如果使用者開啟了 V-sync 功能，在 GPU freamrate 低落時，螢幕將會重覆顯示上一幀畫面，等待 GPU 生成下一幀畫面，而 GPU 繪製完成後，又要等到下一次 V-Sync 的訊號才會顯示在螢幕上，造成遊戲卡幀和延遲的情況。

而使用者如果關閉 V-Sync，讓 GPU 在繪製完成後，不等待 V-Sync 訊號，立即顯示在螢幕上，這將造成螢幕上下顯示不同幀幅的撕裂情況。

以上是過去 V-sync 技術的限制，而 NVIDIA 宣布它和 ASUS、PHILIPS、BENQ 和 ViewSonic 等廠商合作，讓內建 NVIDIA G-sync 模組的螢幕，可以 GPU 的 framerate 為主，動態調整螢幕的 framerate，讓遊戲在各種 GPU framerate 下，可以顯示良好的流暢畫面，達成不卡幀和撕裂，並降低延遲的效果。

G-Sync 技術讓遊戲商不再需要強求 60fps 的遊戲幀幅，在需要流暢度的地方，可以犧牲畫面細節，取得最高的幀數；而想強調貼圖品質的地方，可以降低遊戲幀數，G-Sync 會自動讓螢幕的顯示頻率和 GPU Framerate 相符，從而改善卡幀和撕裂的情況，讓使用者可以擁有從頭到尾都流暢的遊戲體驗。

G-Sync 功能要可以開啟，除了需要 Kepler GPU 外，螢幕也必須要擁有 G-Sync 支援，NVIDIA 已和 ASUS、BENQ、PHILIPS 和 ViewSonic 合作，由 NVIDIA 提供授權的 G-Sync 模組，讓這些廠商未來出品的螢幕，可以支援 NVIDIA G-Sync 功能。
