餐廳名稱：寶艾 消費時間：103年10月 地址：台北市信義區松壽路2號 電話：02-27201234 營業時間：12:00-22:00(14:30-18:00休) 可否刷卡：可 有無包廂：有 http://lalisahsu.blogspot.tw/2013/10/leroy20131004.html 選擇君悅寶艾的原因是為了酒。 友人說要試酒，挑了幾家餐廳做備案，因為當天要喝的是burgundy，口味不能太過濃重。 餐廳內要有好的空調，完全不能有廚房及其他食物的味道還要有包廂!長安東路上的 sabatini因為去太過多次被否決(不過這家餐廳也蠻好吃的)，la cocotte口味很好， 但搭配這次的酒款卻太厚重了，總之最後最後決定了去君悅寶艾。 完全沒拍環境圖，餐廳裡面的感覺就跟君悅給人的感覺蠻像的，是一種厚重經典的氣派， 有一種身在古堡中的錯覺。 我們坐在六個人的圓桌小包廂內，桌上還搭配了圓球狀的花飾。 包廂中會有一位專屬的服務員，這次是一位年輕的妹妹，挺可愛的。 水有氣泡跟無氣泡可選，還附上奇異果果汁，麵包跟奶油表現亦都不錯。 頭盤有兩款可選，紅洋蔥番茄朝鮮薊配山羊乳酪，以及生干貝薄片佐番紅花蛋黃醬。 干貝蠻嫩的，本身味道就很鮮美，不沾佐醬也挺好。 沙拉中的朝鮮薊一向是我非常喜歡的食材，淋點油醋醬就十分的美味， 特別是放在pizza上也十分正點。 今日湯品式海鮮玉米濃湯，滋味濃醇，很溫順的一道濃湯湯品， 海鮮和玉米在口中混合出creamy的口感，十分暖位，但也可想見熱量很高。 爐烤蟹肉餅配上芒果醬跟酸奶油，蟹肉餅本身調味口感就比較偏甜，口感鬆軟。 接著就上主菜啦，我們一桌6人只點了牛跟羊再一起share。 牛肉用的是美國的安格斯牛，搭配蒜茸、馬鈴薯泥、松子及紅酒醬汁，簡單的配菜。 熟度選了五分，掌握的還不錯，沒有overcook的情形，入口亦可稱上嫩又有香。 羊排方面，搭配上普羅旺斯炒青菜(聽起來好有台味哦!)、朝鮮薊和黑橄欖薄荷肉汁， 不過熟度有些太熟了，雖然肉質不錯亦沒有腥羶味， 不過在切和咀嚼的過程都需要費一番勁，是美中不足之處。 用畢主餐有甜點和水果盤兩種可選。雖然台灣水果怎麼吃都美味， 不知道為什麼像這種飯後的水果盤卻總是很容易讓人食之無味。 甜點主要是芒果系列饗宴，有芒果冰沙、芒果蛋糕和芒果布丁。 我本身非常喜歡熱帶水果入甜點(除了鳳梨)，尤其熱愛百香果和芒果， 不過像這樣的呈盤方式很容易讓手腳慢的人困擾，因為冰沙會融的到處都是， 然後布丁跟蛋糕就會變得爛爛的! 不過老實說這道甜點就中規中矩， 不會讓你有冒著體重變成100公斤的危險想要把它吃光光 （香港amber的甜點就有這種風險!)，但是也沒有差到讓你只吃一口就停下來。 水果盤看起來很美，但就莫再提。 餐廳氣氛好，服務好!我們那天瞎混到將近11點(掩面)，餐點中規中矩。 宴請或約會可以去啦，好像還有一桌必成功的求婚桌。 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 61.222.119.188

【孫英哲、鄧惠珍／彰化報導】彰化縣衛生局會同檢方，下午再度查獲大統公司所生產的油品，共有59項違規，其中辣椒油竟是由辣椒精（調味）、辣椒紅（調色）及沙拉油混合而成，完全沒有天然辣椒成份。

彰化縣衛生局局葉彥伯表示，大統長基公司生產的食用油品頭約有一百多種，違規品項已超過半數，衛生局下午勒令該公食用油生產線停工，直到改善為止。
