香港的港元與美元掛鉤的聯繫匯率制度，到今天實施三十周年。港官堅稱不變，學者建議改掛人民幣。

香港實施聯繫匯率三十周年之際，港府財政司司長曾俊華重申，政府認為毋須亦無意改變聯繫匯率制度，聯匯制度已把量寬措施帶來的衝擊減至最低。

浸會大學財務及決策學系副教授麥萃才認同，現時未有迫切需要即時更改聯匯制度。但香港與中國大陸貿易合作越來越多，香港未來亦可考慮與人民幣掛鉤，但現時中國大陸資本帳未完全開放，要落實仍有一段距離，屆時香港亦失去在金融市場的匯兌優勢。

他說，隨著人民幣在香港使用日漸普及，港元長遠有可能被人民幣完全取代，但最終是自然發生，還是由行政手段決定仍須商榷；而由於現時中國大陸資本帳未完全開放，加上隨意更改匯率制度或違反基本法，因此情況或於數十年後才出現。

美林證券指出，永大（1507）受惠中國大陸的大樓電梯內需增強，明年上半年展望樂觀，而且市占率逐步回溫，調高目標價至92元，預估今、明年的每股純益分別為3.71元、4.74元，投資評等維持「買進」。

●世界上真的有工作狂嗎？

許多人常稱自己是工作狂，但到底什麼樣的人算是工作狂呢？至今醫學上還沒有一個普遍被接受的定義，但是心理學家努力將工作狂與那些單純盡職盡責的人區別開來。

1992年曾有研究報告指出，工作狂不僅工作起來沒有節制，同時他們工作起來也不快樂。最新診斷測驗試圖找出那些工作起來無節制，並且戒斷後很痛苦的人，就像那些對賭博和毒品上癮的人一樣。

即使對於工作狂的界定有點模糊，很多研究都試圖識別出它對生理和心理的影響，研究者已經找到了它和睡眠問題、體重增加、高血壓、焦慮和抑鬱的關係，此外工作狂的伴侶會認為自己的婚姻不幸福。

到底有多少人是工作狂呢？根據統計美國10%的成年人符合工作狂的定義；比例在律師、醫師、心理學家中達到23%。很多人不管自己是不是，喜歡稱自己為工作狂，1998年，27%的加拿大人在綜合社會調查中報告自己是工作狂，其中38%的人年收入超過8萬加元。在沒有收入的人群中，也有22%的人認為自己是工作狂，他們多是家庭主婦和學生。

心理學家Bryan Robinson說過，工作上癮是心理問題。在少數研究工作狂的經濟學研究中，發現受教育水平高和富有的人比低收入者更有可能延遲退休，這就是工作狂的一個標誌。延遲退休無疑給了成語「鞠躬盡瘁，死而後已」一個新的註解。但是工作狂的概念在日本沒有得到太多關注，在那裡長時間工作已是常態，而過勞死(karoshi)這個詞來源於日本，專門形容過度工作致死的情況，所以在日本法庭中，過勞死也是一種過失致死的主要原因。(來源)
