台灣的電影本來就需要保護啊 問題是你保護的方式是給他魚吃還是教他釣魚嘛 直接扣5%很明顯就是直接塞給他魚吃 試問這些直接拿魚就吃的會有什麼長進? 尤其是有個叫朱延平的人特別會搶 其他人只能舔他吃剩的魚骨而已 配額政策也很智障啊 今天你家小孩唸書不爭氣 你的作法是把比他更會唸書的小孩趕出他的班上這樣對嘛? 最好的作法就是鼓勵民間企業資助拍片的減稅政策 你看魔人烏波為了減稅 自己下海狂拍濫片不是嘛? 如果民間企業覺得贊助拍片有利可圖 老闆還會捧著錢到導演家請他拍片勒 但是台灣的慣老闆當然沒這麼好叫得動 在不知道片子能不能賣座的情況下 片子不賺但至少能夠幫忙減稅 這些慣老闆會不心動嘛? 又 拍片方拿這些慣老闆的錢 他就得繃著神經好好拍片 如果片子不賣 一次兩次... 再多次一點你想會有哪個康安敢拿錢贊助的? 片子如果賣了 慣老闆就會覺得 有得節稅 片子賣了又能分紅 超爽der 這是一種良性循環 朱延平再怎麼神通廣大 拿著企業朋友的錢拍片也不敢亂來 可如果拿的是政府補助金 隨便拍我老朱都賺 賠也是賠納稅人的錢 白痴才會認真拍片 不過話又說回來了 政府最不可能實施的政策就是這步 要他少收錢 這不是要他的命嘛? 所以台灣的電影基本上沒救了 他是注定不會釣魚了 多抽個5%多點魚給他吃只是讓他多茍延殘喘一陣子而已 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.168.123.180

《蘋果》近日取得一名被害女子的日記，不甘心遭退婚，因此控告李宗瑞。被害女子的未婚夫看到性愛影片，要求退婚且欲討回訂婚鑽戒，女子雖求情，但男方揚言不退回鑽戒，就要把性愛影片拿給女方父母，她只好同意解除婚約並退還婚戒。

【施旖婕╱綜合外電報導】美國西維吉尼亞州一間法院，今日稍早傳出有一名男子手持突擊步槍，闖入法院後開了15~20槍，最後這名槍手已經遭到擊斃。

據了解，這名槍手在開槍過程中沒有直接傷人，而有一名員警被擊破的玻璃割傷，隨後槍手遭到擊斃。目前當局正在進行深入調查。
