大家好，約11~12月會跟朋友兩人去高雄玩二天一夜。 交通工具，台北到高雄坐客運，高雄回台北坐高鐵。 到高雄之後，希望都搭高捷。 朋友建議租機車，但是路不熟，擔心會有預料之外的問題。 而且點都盡量選在高捷附近了，好像也沒必要租車。 第一天早上先到旗津，待到中午。 碼頭->天后宮->燈塔->砲台->星空隧道->風車公園->碼頭 大概繞一圈就好，不曉得用3個小時來算，走不走的完？ 應該會在當地租腳踏車當代步。 中午過後，到駁二特區走走，大概到5點左右。 晚上再到瑞豐夜市吃晚餐逛街，中間先去85大樓check in，或是提前先去。 理想是住85大樓，不過還不確定。 第二天就比較簡單，就義大世界玩一天。 大概是從早上8、9點，玩到下午5點左右，坐5點多或6點的車到左營高鐵站回家。 都會事先先買好票，所以應該沒有買票時間的問題。 想請問一下，這樣的行程，第一天會不會太趕或是太累？ 因為想讓朋友放鬆一下，怕行程會排的太滿、太趕，這樣就失去本意了。 麻煩請大家幫忙提點一下有問題的地方，感謝。 -------------(以下請勿刪除)----------------------- 不管你要問什麼，都別忘了附上『高雄點』 (我是高雄人和我曾住在高雄不能當高雄點喔) 高雄點辦法請見置底公告說明 -- // ◤ // // //◤ ▃▃▃▃▃/ //◤ // /◤◢ // ▃▃◤▃▃◢ ▃▕│ █ ◤ ◢ // I / █ ◤◢█ ◢█ ██ ▕│ ▅ ◢█ █▄ / x / █◢ █◢ █▇ █ ▕ █ █▇ ▊█ r / ██ █◤ ▇◤ ◤〞█◤ ◤ ▇◤ ▊◤◢/a //▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄▄//i -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 1.160.67.9

國防部強化官兵健康監測作為　落實自主管理

（軍聞社記者劉育然臺北七日電）針對平面媒體報導「國軍將領BMI值過高」乙節，國防部今天表示，BMI值與年齡有關，根據國健局的報告指出，年齡越高，BMI值也會隨著增加，國軍將級人員的年齡雖多為五十歲上下，惟渠等的BMI平均值低於國內同齡人口的BMI值統計資料。

　國防部指出，薛凌委員辦公室日前來函要求提供現役將領健康檢查之異常訊息，國防部軍醫局基於《個人資料保護法》的規定，僅提供排行前五名的健康警訊項目，並未提供將級人員個人體檢報告，某平面媒體報導「將領體檢報告，軍醫局送交立法院」乙事，並非事實。

　國防部進一步表示，國防部已令頒「國軍健康飲食暨體重管理指導計畫」，期藉健康飲食及體重管理工作，促進官兵健康，確保部隊戰力；另為協助官兵有效降低BMI值，國防部舉辦國軍官兵強化「體適能」示範講習，教導官兵健康體重管理作為，由專業營養師至各單位指導健康飲食，就健康膳食、營養、菜單改善、烹調方式提供專業衛教諮詢。

　此外，國防部為強化官兵健康監測作為，對於體檢異常人員，均由國軍醫院及受檢單位依檢查結果追蹤管制，並要求確實就醫治療。

　國防部強調，國軍晉升將級人員，均通過嚴謹體檢，且須體能狀況良好；國防事務雖然繁重，國防部會持續要求將級人員，尤其是少部分BMI值較高的將領，仍應利用時間運動，並且做好健康自主管理。

伊坎持股近6% 能源商Talisman股價飆

億萬投資大亨伊坎(Carl Icahn)宣布握有加拿大能源生產商Talisman Energy Inc.的5.97%股權，激勵近來業績欠佳的Talisman，7日美股盤後股價暴衝8.94%至13.89美元。

彭博社和路透社報導，美國證交會文件顯示，伊坎斥資2.77億美元，購入6,160萬股的Talisman股票，成為該公司第2大股東。他有意與Talisman管理階層商討資產出售或企業重整等策略替代方案，也可能尋求加入董事會。

77歲的伊坎多次透過購股，逼迫企業高層改朝換代。2012年美國切薩皮克能源公司(Chesapeake Energy Corp.)的共同創辦人Aubrey McClendon遭逼宮下台，就是伊坎一手策畫。海上鑽探承包商Transocean Ltd.的5月大會上，伊坎也策動股東投票趕走原任主席Michael Talbert，轉而支持他提名人選。他近來也頻頻施壓蘋果，實施庫藏股，拉抬股價。

北美頁岩氣革命導致天然氣價格大跌，Talisman陷入艱苦掙扎。該公司計畫出售亞洲、北海、北海資產，或成立合資企業，挽救日益下滑的業績。

大陸十一長假 共接待旅客4.28億人次

大陸全國假日辦今天發布，2013年「十一長假」旅遊統計報告顯示，大陸共接待遊客4.28億人次，旅遊收入達人民幣2,233億元，旅客人均花費支出為人民幣521元。

據新華社報導，經大陸國家旅遊局、國家統計局整理，今年大陸「十一長假」接待旅客數比去年成長0.7%；旅遊收入則是年增長6.1%。

其中，北京等39個重點旅遊城市，共接待旅客1.33億人次，其中過夜旅客為2,569萬人次，一日遊的旅客為1.08億人次。

【於慶中／綜合外電報導】自己遲到看著預定要搭的飛機飛走，當然不是滋味，但明明準時，卻看著已經完成報到的班機載著自己的行李飛走，就實在讓人生氣。

上周六(5日)晚間，英國廉航易捷航空(easyJet)一班由西班牙馬拉加飛往英國的班機，有一團共29名要返回英國的旅客，在馬拉加的機場完成check in報到手續，並準時前往登機閘門。正當乘客等候登機時，一名地勤人員突然拉起圍欄，阻止他們上機，結果眾人眼睜睜的看著自己的班機，載著他們的行李起飛飛走，這29人還一度被困在登機門樓梯間達20分鐘。

事後航空公司職員承認，沒有留意仍有乘客還沒登機就讓客機離開，並願意讓旅客選擇要多留在西班牙一晚，或轉搭其他航班返回英國。

美國聯準會宣告維持量化寬鬆（QE）政策，全球股市開出慶祝行情，但實際上全球不確定的因素仍造成投資人的不安。花旗投顧負責人王進彰8日表示，QE緩退象徵經濟復甦腳步稍顯顛簸，將拉長全球市場的震盪期，第四季債券的表現有機會優於股票，高收益債不看淡，複合債更好，股市可逢低佈局日本、美國，新興市場仍聚焦大陸，而美元在第四季可考慮加碼投資。

過去幾個月，因為QE退場的預期，市場上出現了一波債券拋售潮，導致多項債券指數如美國債券指數、新興市場債指數、高收益債券指數的收益率皆大幅滑落，甚至出現負報酬，市場擔憂這是否意味債券已邁入空頭市場？

王進彰表示，利率和債券價格有其相互影響的關係，但從報酬層面來看，債券總報酬實際上是由利息報酬與價格報酬兩個部份組成，且從歷史研究得知，債券報酬主要來自利息收入，因此，在通膨壓力不大的狀況下，若債券的利息收入大於物價上漲的幅度，債券反而能提供緩衝的效果，中長期來看，將有穩定的回收。

至於美國公債，因為近期出現4個月跌幅(約-10%)創6年來最大的情況，造成投資人對於債券市場失去信心，王進彰則進一步表示，投資人其實不用過度緊張，前一陣子債市的大跌多反應對於QE退場的預期，但在聯準會宣佈維持QE購債規模不變後，債券市場動能回溫，不但資金流出大幅收斂至不到3億美元，且從巴克萊美國政府公債指數連續4個月報酬分配圖來看，2007年迄今的漲跌幅度多落在-3%~9%之間，若拉長時間序列進行觀察，過去百年來，公債利率最低為2.21%，和2013年9月4日的最新數字2.89%相去不遠，可見未來向下探底的機率較低。

在股市方面，王進彰認為，仍以「已開發國家」為投資重心，儘管美國整體經濟狀況仍有多處隱憂，總負債在2010年已佔國民生產毛額的370%，且家庭名目淨財富在金融風暴之後仍處於調整狀態。根據美國聯準會公布的數據，2013年7月美國產能利用率為77.6%、低於6月的77.7%以及2012年7月的77.9%，同時也遜於1972-2012年的平均值(80.2%)，足見支撐美國股市持續上漲的力道稍顯不足。 (接下一頁)
