| 拉攏金融界 歐巴馬盼打開僵局

美國總統歐巴馬今天邀請14家大型金融機構執行長到白宮會議，希望藉助他們的力量推動預算與債限案。
這些高級主管警告，如果政府繼續停擺，而且國會議員沒有在10月中旬之前調高舉債上限，將有「不利」後果。
美國全國商會還將250個商業團體連署的公開信送交國會，呼籲正視政府停擺與不調高債限將造成經濟災難。
共和黨籍國會議員與白宮為了聯邦政府預算僵持不下，迫使政府停擺，這也是美國政府17年以來首次停擺。
歐巴馬積極爭取金融界與企業界支持，試圖將共和黨描繪成與社會脫節，甚至與長期支持他們的金融企業界脫節。
高盛執行長布蘭克費恩（Lloyd Blankfein）強調與會企業領袖看法都不同，但他也明確地批評共和黨將預算綁歐巴馬健保法，可能導致美國違約倒債。
布蘭克費恩總結說：「對政策問題有意見，可以拿出來討論。可以把這些問題再拿到政治論壇討論，但不可以拿這個當武器，導致美國無法償還債務。」
比起政府停擺，歐巴馬取消部分亞洲訪問行程，如果國會沒有調高舉債上限，問題更嚴重，可能導致美國違約倒債，引發全球金融市場動盪。
美國銀行（Bank of America）執行長莫尼罕（Brian Moynihan）說：「美國違約倒債問題有多嚴重，大家都知道，將是我們遭遇過最嚴重的問題，2011年8月的情況大家都看到了，看到後果了，美國經濟發展變慢。」
美國2011年也因為舉債上限而爆發類似政治危機，兩黨對峙的結果是美國信用評等首度被降級。

到公司上班後，在第一天公司有幫我保勞健保， 我的月薪是24K+全勤1K， 請問照這網頁的算法 http://ppt.cc/O-J1，我的應該是級距7， 因此我每個月的實拿月薪(如果全勤)是25K-勞健保786=實拿24214，這樣算對嗎? 如果我現在沒有上滿每一個月， 下面說明2.本表所列保費係以月為計算單位，新加保者自加保日起，按日計收勞保費；健保費則按 月計收保費。 這我看不太懂是如何算的，那勞健保部分該如何做計算? -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 49.159.26.131

【綜合報導】南非一對賊母女，母親指示7歲女兒，眾目睽睽下在餐廳偷手機。
女童偷手機時，賊媽全程坐在旁邊把風，以為神不知鬼不覺，但其實已被餐廳內的閉路電視拍下。事發在約翰尼斯堡的一間餐廳內，2名女子正在用餐，其中一人將背包放在椅背。女童稍後與2名黑人女子進入餐廳，坐在目標旁邊，然後悄悄走近，伸手入放在椅背背包內偷走手機，前後只花了幾秒鐘。偷竊3人組得手後便離開餐廳。
警方已經掌握竊賊身分，日前更公開閉路電視片段，希望民眾協助破案。
