法新社報導

瑞士蘇黎世大學2日表示，通過瑞士高中期末數學考試的十歲男孩亞尼詩（Maximilian Janisch）將在該校就讀一門特殊課程，亞尼詩將是此課程開設以來招收的最年輕學生。

數學神童亞尼詩小學念了三年便跳級讀高中，但他還沒取得高中文憑，無法進入大學就讀。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】各界期盼國會改革，立法院長王金平今受訪表示，下午將進行朝野協商，先就江揆上台施政報告進行討論，隨後會與朝野黨鞭先釐清一些國會體制上的問題，讓職權不致混淆。

對於有六成七民眾認為應解散國會，王金平表示，當做一個參考。也有人提議凍結國會議長職權，維持議事中立，王金平強調，國會怎麼改革，大家都可以提出方案一起討論，共同做體制上的必要修正，為國家進步、民主提升所做的任何有效改革，大家都要接受支持。
 
民進黨立委倒閣連署以快達成案門檻，王金平說，一切依照立院相關規定，尊重在野黨提案，不過提案後要經院會表決，不容易過。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】默克藥廠（MERCK）日前宣布再裁員8500人，但MarketWatch專欄作家路易斯（Al Lewis）撰文批評，默克宣稱裁員所帶來的長期好處，其實是無稽之談，執行長佛瑞澤（Kenneth Frazier）根本是靠著裁員，1年賺進1500萬美元（4.4億元台幣）。

佛瑞澤宣布裁員時曾表示，「我們非常感激全體員工的貢獻」，並強調，在公司轉型期間，將盡可能為員工提供支持。

但路易斯表示，這種號稱讓員工「轉型」的裁員說法，對1年賺進1500萬美元的高層而言，可說是站著說話不腰疼。

美駐港國總領事館英文版網頁及官方facebook今天刊出特別通告，指常規簽證及美國公民服務維持正常，其他方面只提供有限度服務。只有直接與保護美國公民、國家安全利益和經貿有關的活動繼續。

領事館又表示，希望所有服務可盡快恢復正常，有進一步消息會在官方網頁及社交網站通知。

大陸官方報告顯示，人民幣兌美元中間價6月底為6.1787元，較2012年底升值1.7%，而自2005年匯改以來累計已升值逾30%。

綜合大陸媒體報導，大陸國家外匯管理局日前發布「2013年上半年中國國際收支報告」顯示，上半年，人民幣兌主要貨幣雙邊和一籃子多邊匯率升值。

報告說，「盡管保持升值態勢，但人民幣匯率預期仍然基本穩定。」

報告顯示，6月底人民幣兌歐元中間價8.0536元，人民幣6.2607元兌100日圓，較2012年底分別升值3.3%和升值16.7%。

報告說，上半年，銀行間外匯市場人民幣兌美元即期交易價處於中間價升值區間，前5個月持續接近並一度觸及中間價1%的浮動區間下限，日間最大波幅日均為0.95%，主因是跨境資金流入持續偏多市場所致。

6月份，受市場供求變化影響，人民幣兌美元即期交易價逐漸脫離浮動區間下限，日間最大波幅日均0.66%，較前5個月顯著下滑。

根據國際清算銀行（BIS）數據，2013年上半年人民幣兌一籃子貨幣的名目匯率累計升值5.9%，扣除通貨膨脹因素，實際有效匯率累計升值5.7%，在BIS監測的61種貨幣中升值幅度分別居第1位和第3位。

2005年人民幣匯改以來，人民幣名目和實際有效匯率累計分別升值30.5%和39.3%，在BIS監測的61個經濟體貨幣中升值幅度分別居第1位和第2位。
