【張勵德／台北報導】第23號颱風菲特移動路徑飄忽不定，目前各種預報模式對路徑看法相當分歧，中央氣象局表示，預計未來菲特在通過琉球附近海面時有可能慢慢向西北轉向，不排除從台灣北部外海通過，一旦走此路徑，加上未來菲特持續增強為中颱使得暴風圈擴大，氣象局最快明天深夜到後天清晨將發布海上颱風警報，至於是否發布陸上警報還要再觀察。

目前包括中央氣象局、日本氣象廳及美軍都預估菲特颱風在周六會開始慢慢轉向，但轉向的角度誤差仍相當大。氣象局表示，由於目前太平洋高壓偏強，加上北方槽線逐漸南下，最壞的狀況是高壓沒有明顯減弱，使得菲特路徑會持續偏西，甚至不排除掠過台灣北部、東北部陸地，比較好的狀況則是菲特受到槽線導引慢慢北轉，氣象局預報員林定宜說：「上述兩種路徑都很可能發生，發布警報的機率一半一半，還要再持續觀察！」

截至上午11時為止，菲特颱風中心位置在鵝鑾鼻東南東方980公里海面上，以時速10公里速度向北移動。氣象局預估，未來菲特颱風還有持續增強的空間，不排除接近台灣附近海面時會增強為中度颱風。從明天開始受到颱風外圍環流及東北季風影響，迎風面的北部、東北部地區雨勢會逐漸轉強，請民眾要特別留意。

您好:

我想應該是回歸到人性本善的議題
因為是人性本善
所以會得到結論是利人利己

或許也經過長時間印證
損人並沒有真正利己
損人看似利己,至少眼前是利己
但經一段段時間後發現並沒有利己
因為也有句話說：現世報,不是不報,而是時間未到

損人的事終就會變成損己

所以如果明白背後的道理
就會更知道損人利己的事萬萬不能做
而且以人性本善的論點來看
幾乎大部分的人都是良善有良知的
在做損人的事時
應該會良心不安
也因為心裡不平安
才會自省有良知

終究
利人的事
看別人快樂自己也快樂
這樣的快樂很真實
所以自然而然也希望能利人
所以這樣自然的運作之下
利人也利己了

【蔡維歆╱台北報導】王美雪拍中天新戲《心願》，她挺大肚拍戲，連生10個小孩，因為家貧加上重男輕女，她跟劇中丈夫玉尚不得不將家中女孩子送出去當養女或是養媳，她自嘲：「我已經習慣肚子前有一包東西，而且我還是個靈活的孕婦。」她哭戲也很多，本來靠人工淚液幫忙，後來發現人工淚液用愈多，眼睛愈乾，更哭不出來，「之後我改用眼藥水幫忙，至少用了1打。」
