【呂志明／台北報導】立法院司法及法制委員會晚間決議要特偵組停辦新案，並將所有案件移交各地檢署偵辦，有基層檢察官認為，這恐有立法權侵犯司法權之嫌，也有人認為，這樣豈不是讓特偵組檢察官坐領乾薪，「如果有這麼好康的地方，那我也想要去」。

法務部今晚召開國際記者會澄清，總統馬英九沒有下令或要求特偵組監聽國會，特偵組也依法定程序，向法院聲請核發通訊監察書，與美國水門事件私不能相提併論。

會中有記者提問立司委會決議要特偵組停辦案件，對此法務部政務次長陳明堂表示：「如果這個決議是合法有效的話，法務部會予以尊重。」

但基層檢察官有不同看法，北部一名基層檢察官表示，特偵組將案件交回地檢署偵辦，實務上並不困難，但這麼做，豈不是讓特偵組所有檢察官每個月拿高薪，卻什麼事也不必做，該名檢察官還打趣的說：「如果有這麼好康的地方，那我也想要去」。

另外一名中部基層檢察官則認為，特偵組的設置是依《法院組織法》，偵辦案件也是特偵組的職掌，立法院以表決方式片面停止特偵組的法定職掌，這有立法侵犯司法權利之嫌，違反權力分立原則，若立法院認為特偵組不該再辦案，就應該透過正當法律程序，修法廢除。

【呂志明／台北報導】消防署前署長黃季敏經辦防災救難器材採購、維修，涉嫌收賄案，去年底被台北地檢署起訴求處無期徒刑後，其子黃郁升因涉嫌幫助父親洗錢，又滯留中國未歸，遭到北檢通緝。

日前黃郁升透過律師表達返台意願，今天自中國返回台灣，隨即被警方逮捕移送台北地檢署歸案，檢察官訊問後，以涉犯《洗錢防制法》，諭令20萬元交保、並限制出境、出海、住居。

據了解，黃郁升到案供稱，他原本在美國霍特商學院讀書，後來轉到中國上海分校繼續就讀，為了完成學業，才沒有及時返回台灣說明，而父親匯給他的錢，只供讀書及日常生活之用，至於檢調指控黃季敏將錢匯往日本、中國置產，黃郁升表示不知情。

【李政遠／雲林報導】為期70天的2013雲林農業博覽會將於12月底開幕，雲林縣濁水米遠近馳名，雲林縣政府舉辦「好米料理達人大賽」，希望藉由活動將雲林好米、好料理分享更多消費者。

今天公佈大賽成績，社會組由劍湖山王子飯店「饗入啡啡、繽紛水果塔」奪冠，學生組由彰化縣達德商工「雲林心、在地情」勝出，其料理成為年底農博會的指定餐盒，劍湖山王子飯店也成為此次農博幸福便當的製作團隊。

農博幸福便當發表會，安排料理走秀，有女僕秀出冠軍便當外，學生表演買便當情境秀，炒熱現場氣氛。

德國思想家 Walter Benjamin 說：「活著就是留下痕跡」（to live is to leave traces）。而新世代體驗城市的方式，無不是在一次又一次的打卡，在機場、在五星級餐館、在誰家的派對，留下令人欽羨的蹤跡。

望下此刻，你面對著螢幕，在「此地」凝視著「他方」。也許是受夠臉書上多數的瑣碎資訊，更不滿動態中充斥讓人眼紅的、忌妒的「小日子、小確幸」，臉書上開始出現一股出走潮，有一部分人早已向身旁的朋友宣示，自己將徹底從臉書中消失！

哪些人會離開臉書？

維也納大學的研究團隊近來公佈一份研究，這項計劃共招募 631 位受試者（310 位離開臉書以及 321 位仍在臉書活躍的成員），受訪者皆來自世界各地，經由網路來自願參與這項研究計畫，並針對他們的人格特質、網路成癮傾向、對隱私權的態度進行問卷調查。

事實上，根據過去的研究，那些離開臉書的人和我們並沒有太大的差異，他們也會擔心誰看了他們的照片、也會被臉書介面經常的更換而感到厭煩、也會被膚淺的社交互動而惹惱、甚至也會擔心自己花了多少時間乾瞪者眼、目光呆滯地對著電腦螢幕，期待一則紅色的訊息通知，陷入，然後無法自拔。

根據美國皮尤研究中心去年的研究報告，目前的臉書使用者中有將近一半（46.8%）的人曾經考慮停用臉書，61% 的使用者已經延長停用臉書的時間。而維也納大學的研究團隊則找出了戒斷臉書使用者的身分特質：

多半為男性：在停用臉書的使用者中，大部分為男性（71.5%），仍擁有臉書帳號的多為女性（70.5%）。

稍微有點年紀：退出臉書的人平均年齡為 31 歲，仍使用臉書的群體平均為 24 歲。

比較注重隱私：根據調查問卷顯示，停用臉書帳號的族群對於隱私權的考量高於整體。

比較盡責：戒除臉書者似乎比較盡責、認真，並且會提早計畫和專注於工作任務上。
