最近生日快到了又是一個可以買東西給自己的日子呀XD 本身很愛粉底液可是察覺粉底液的確會讓我肌膚不穩定所以就不用了 頂多有時候需要比較正式的妝感會用上 是打算在十一月還有明年三月左右用完 這個時候臺灣的天氣也是冷冷的 我是冬天仍然出油的油肌 但是只有鼻子就是 額頭還好 爬文看到這塊粉餅粉細遮瑕力不高但是會有很自然的美肌效果讓我這個雖然臉上瑕疵好多好多好多的男生有點心動 有補妝的習慣 想說適不適合這樣的人 求心得 還是有其他粉餅也可以推的也來燒我吧預算2500但2000下為佳XDD 還有想偷偷問一下佳麗寶OCD的話MUF應該用哪個色號比較好 因為是男生不想坐在那試妝太久想說能夠直接試相近的色號會比較好 感恩唷XD -- Sent from my Android -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.96.138.25

東港農民林清源利用稻田田埂種植蠅翼草，維持生態景色，青蛙、昆蟲在田埂間活動，整條田埂綠意盎然，宛如一條「綠龍」，屏東縣長曹啟鴻30日前往參觀，他表示，對於農村景色有加分作用，將引用種在山坡地愛文芒果樹下，若推動成功，將具水土保持功能。
以往農民種稻，四周田埂為防止雜草叢生，農民習慣噴灑殺草劑，雖然雜草很快被清除，但每逢下大雨田埂常遭雨水沖蝕流失，田埂景象被破壞，而過度使用殺草劑也會造成生態破壞及影響稻米生長和身體健康。
林清源3年前開始嘗試種草，最後選定蠅翼草，他說，蠅翼草很容易種而且生長速度快，只要一小塊定植後，適當水份就能蔓延，當蠅翼草長出之後，其他雜草就長不出來，蠅翼草無法伸長到水田裏，所以根系不會影響稻作，密密麻麻的蠅翼草佈滿整個田埂，像是長長綠龍，裡面還蘊藏豐富的生態，青蛙最喜歡躲在裏面，他會吃稻田裏的蚊蟲，減少病蟲害發生的機會，相對農藥使用減少。
曹啟鴻表示，農村綠油油的景象，就是吸引人最美資源，林清源除推動田埂綠化，更無私要把經驗分享給所有農民，甚至免費提供種苗，相當另人敬佩。目前縣府正推動山坡地果園草生栽培，就是降低農藥使用，另一方面也有水土保持的功能，希望藉由蠅翼草的推廣，讓果園也是綠油油一片。
林清源本身為全國稻作協會理事長，他說，經換算，以他目前約有30幾公頃的稻田種植蠅翼草當田埂後，一年減少農藥費用快30萬元，足夠請人管理稻田。
他指出，為讓全國農民都瞭解到蠅翼草的好處，將於10月5日(六)上午9點30分，在南州鄉慈惠醫專舉辦蠅翼草生態水稻示範觀摩會，歡迎有興趣的農民前來交流，現場提供一小塊蠅翼草，讓參觀者免費回家試種。

陳怡珍邀水利局長針對天兔颱風北區淹水總檢討

天兔颱風來襲，台南市北區大興街、文賢路周遭的淹水情形尤其嚴重，許多地點的排水設施不堪急速大雨衝擊，水溝容量來不及負荷，導致大水淹進民宅。市議員陳怡珍30日特別邀集水利局進行北區淹水總檢討，要求儘速改善側溝設計、變更排水流向並加大水溝容積，希望能徹底改善淹水現象，讓民眾脫離夢魘。
市議員陳怡珍表示，大興街174巷、大興街174巷59弄以及文賢路1080巷一帶，這次天兔颱風來襲造成嚴重積水災害，民眾認為是先前施作的污水工程釀禍，才導致部落裡的排水設計有問題。經安排水利局、工務局以及區公所前往這幾處淹水區域會勘，除了將淹水主因找出來，更要求水利局改善箱涵設計與含水容量、工務局儘速修復老舊破損的側溝，亦請區公所務必維護水溝暢通，檢視水溝坡度設計，讓水流可以順利排出。
陳怡珍要求各單位務必在1個月內完成工程進度的設置，讓市民免於淹水恐懼。

為防阻詐騙，臺中市今年6月份首創「臺中市政府獎勵金融機構人員協助逮捕詐欺犯罪及防阻詐騙實施要點」，視情節頒發協助破案者獎勵3000元至5萬元獎勵金，臺中市的詐欺案逐年下降，較五年前減少六成多，顯示臺中市近五年來執行各項詐欺偵防措施已發揮功效。
警察局刑事警察鄧學鑫大隊長表示，臺中市全般詐欺發生數808件，六都排名第二（臺北市2,327件、新北市2,186件、高雄市1,152件、臺南市1,010件、桃園縣430件）；破獲率85.27%，六都排名第二（桃園縣91.4%、高雄市84.55%、新北市80.88%、臺北市74.22%、臺南市73.47%）。
他分析臺中市所發生的詐欺案，從97年的4,736件到101年的1,592件，下降率達66.38%，且呈現逐年下降趨勢，顯示臺中市近五年來執行各項詐欺偵防措施已發揮防制功效。
鄧大隊長另特別指出，今年一至八月份詐欺案發生808件、比去年同期1,087件減少279件（-25.67%）；破獲數689件，比去年同期850件減少161件（-18.94%），破獲率85.27%，比去年同期78.2%上升7.07%；其中，電信詐欺發生減少132件（-26.67%）、網路詐欺減少55件（-53.92%）；今年一至八月份詐欺案類中，全般詐欺財損約1億4,584萬元，也比去年同期2億6,190萬元減少1億1,606萬元（-44.32%）。
市府警察局除針對利用人頭帳戶、人頭電話等隱瞞真實身分，以「假冒公務人員」、「操作ATM解除分期付款」、「假網路（購物）拍賣」、「假中獎」等詐騙方式電信網路詐欺集團，積極監聽、追查車手、人頭帳戶及追查機房等方式加強查緝。
警察局也要求各分駐（派出）所所長親至轄區金融機構落實推動「關懷提問制度」，針對疑似遭騙者或異常提（匯）款者，主動通報警方前往協助處理。今年一至八月份已成功攔阻19件約1,862萬元，成效良好。
鄧大隊長進一步表示，警察局為鼓勵行員阻詐，更在今（102）年創新訂定「臺中市政府獎勵金融機構人員協助逮捕詐欺犯罪及防阻詐騙實施要點」，與金融機構聯合防詐，將視案情及實際情形，核發3仟至5萬元獎勵金。
警察局也依據警政署「警察機關獎勵民眾提供犯罪線索協助破案實施要點」，針對「操作ATM解除分期付款」、「色情應召詐財」、「猜猜我是誰」等詐騙手法，因為受害者多以學生等年輕族群為為主，且趨向結合購買遊戲點數方式，警察局已結合超商業者加強詐欺聯防措施，遇民眾一次購買金額超過3仟元以上者，呼籲超商配合透過關懷詢問，主動通報轄區分駐（派出）所獲撥打165協助，並針對ATM提款轉帳異常者，及收發假公署公文傳真者，立即報警或通報轄區派出所尋求協助；將視情節頒發協助破案者獎勵3仟元至1萬元獎勵。
