【鄭孟緹／台北報導】郭采潔擔任心路基金會「幸福袋著走，愛‧無阻礙」活動愛心大使，今出席幸福手袋首賣會，社工系畢業的她不是第一次接觸智能障礙者，和心路青年很快就打成一片，並與他們一起製作手袋義賣，她認為最幸福的事是每個星期日能休假上教會，另外，能藉由演藝工作做善事也讓她覺得很幸福，她承諾下次與心路青年再見面時要獻唱主打歌。
 
「幸福袋著走，愛‧無阻礙」由心路基金會和品田牧場合作，今起可至Yahoo!奇摩超級商城或心路官網購買幸福手袋，限量8千組。

針對傳統媒體日漸式微，香港《號外》雜誌主編張鐵志投書《蘋果日報》，以「香港的新媒體」一天，分析港台兩地如何面對此次媒體風暴。
 
張鐵志認為，逐漸式微的不只是印刷媒體，也包括「做媒體的方式」，但香港在這一兩年，卻有不少新媒體出現，提出新的媒體想像，刺激香港的政治與文化。首先是「陽光時務」iPad版2011年在香港創刊，雖然在2012年9月改出紙本《陽光時務週刊》，後因為不堪虧損，而在2013年春天結束。
 
但2012年夏天，香港出現另一個網路新聞媒體，那就是強調新聞匯集與編輯，擁有大量blog作者，強調breaking views（突發觀點），而不是突發新聞，以及擁有強烈的視覺設計的「主場新聞」。而今年又誕生了新媒體青年文化雜誌《100毛》，《100毛》周刊內容是列出一百條當周的有趣事件，每則可能是一篇短文或幾句話或一張照片或一個圖表；文字非常口語，具有網路語言風格，甚至低俗，彷彿就是閱讀臉書。
 
張鐵志認為，相較於香港的新媒體更與新世代的進步價值接合，具有比較強烈的態度、且重視視覺設計，以不同方式去介入現實的政治經濟和文化，台灣的既有媒體，不論電視、報紙或雜誌，大都是固守既有的賺錢模式，缺乏新的想像力與勇氣。他們不乏好的報導與偶爾的新嘗試，但在少數獨立媒體之外，似乎「社交媒體」才是新世代理解世界、進行公共討論的主要媒介。

馬王鬥法，引發黨籍保衛戰，中選會主委張博雅遭批牆頭草，一下挺王、一下為馬。張博雅今天對此沒有正面回應，她只是強調，只有一個法條可以用，就是公職人員選舉罷免法第73條第2項，只有那個法條。對於外界對她的批評，張博雅並未多回應。

公職人員選罷法規定，全國不分區及僑居國外國民立法委員，在就職後喪失其所屬政黨黨籍者，自喪失黨籍之日起，喪失其資格，由中央選舉委員會函請立法院予以註銷，其所遺缺額，除以書面聲明放棄遞補者外，由該政黨登記之候選人名單按順位依序遞補；如該政黨登記之候選人名單無人遞補時，視同缺額。
