【綜合報導】全球性的經濟衰退，使得世界各國政府無不想方設法樽節支出，英國的健保制度一直造成嚴重虧損，最近也不得不削減醫療方面的開支。但就在此時卻傳出，英國政府撥了2百萬英鎊(約台幣9千4百萬元)的預算，給伯恩茅斯大學(University of Bournemouth)，花3年時間針對8千年來「人類如何與雞互動」(How Human Interacts with Chicken)，遭到輿論狠批無腦與浪費公帑。

《人類與雞互動的文化與科學感知》研究，是一項跨國的大型研究計畫，英國將派出研究生前往古巴以及衣索比亞，會同考古學家、基因學家與人類學家，針對這個主題進行考察，並撰寫報告。這項計畫遭到「納稅人聯盟」大力抨擊，表示研究內容無聊又荒謬，政府還因為優先補助此計畫，放棄補助殘障人士。但英國政府負責審批計畫的「藝術與人文研究委員會」卻辯稱，世界上目前有2百億隻雞，分布在地球各處，這個研究可以讓人類進一步了解雞的社會與文化歷史。

我男友三個月前向朋友購買一隻S2PLUS 1萬1 買來的第一兩天就會自己從新開機後來我男朋友拿去看一看 後來就比較少了 上個月他整個從開機平率變多最後不能開 我們送修三星的店面 他說送回總公司 繳了300塊送檢費 10天後我們去拿 他說面板受潮不保固要換要6000 我們就說不要了 之後我們找賣我們手機那個朋友 他在網路上也有在販賣此類的A貨 但我們跟他拿的是正版的 他問了他的老闆 收了我們五百五說用到好 修不好就還我們五百五 結果說 換面板要一萬塊 然後 因為當初沒有開立發票 後來說開發票幫我們送原廠 說是7天內 結果 他說我們送過聯強 不可以用那個七天保固 之後還說 我們手機是泡過水 說我們 我連摔都沒摔過哪還有泡水 之後 那賣的朋友是一個女生 就跟我男友說 會部會你女友泡水隱瞞你 我男友就說 算了 當作被騙 因為 買來就故障只是我們沒有第一時間反應 所以她那樣說 我男友一定站我這邊 因為我們買來就這樣 我又沒說謊 他賣的手機有問題 還賴我說是我用的 隱瞞我男友 然後我們就這樣損失1萬多.... 我有點不甘心= = 有甚麼辦法可以解決? 看可不可以賠償我們還是幫我們修~~

國民黨政策委員會執行長林鴻池今晚表示，這會期應該很難處理核四公投案，他認為應先弄好核安，讓民眾放心。

核四公投在立院造成極大爭議，本會期又因馬王政爭而造成政局動盪，國民黨立委李慶華也提出撤銷公投。林鴻池說，黨內多名立委認為，應在經濟部核能安檢報告提出後再行公投。

林鴻池指出，經濟部核安檢測完成時間從今年10月，改到12月，再改成明年3月、6月，經濟部長也沒有承諾，因此黨內立委有聲音，認為核四是否興建應等核安通過後，再讓民眾公投決定，黨團之後會再討論。
