來到日本來碗拉麵絕對是必走行程，如果內心沒有屬意的拉麵店，如果嫌麻煩懶得尋幽訪巷，如果你是拉麵愛好者，「京都拉麵小路」絕對要推薦給大家，聚集日本各地的拉麵風味，共8間拉麵店任君挑選。

「京都拉麵小路」位於京都車站內10樓，交通超級便利，而且營業時間從早上11點到晚上的10點，無論吃中餐、晚餐，或是看完水舞想來點熱的墊墊胃都是好選擇，在加上總共有博多口味的「一幸舍」、徳島的「ラーメン東大」，當然會有京都風的「ますたに!」和大阪口味的「上方ざんまい屋」等日本各地共8種風味的拉麵名店可以嘗試。

此次要推薦給無肉不歡的朋友「京都拉麵小路」內喜多方風味的「坂內食堂」，店內主打星就是「燒豚拉麵」，用十數片叉燒肉層層堆疊，鋪到整碗拉麵連一根麵都看不見的地步，視覺上十分「肉慾」，搭配店家秘製的豚骨湯，製作成的醬油風味湯底，輕爽不膩口，搭配略粗的方型扁麵條，讓看似油膩的一品變得意外清爽。

店家製作的叉燒，整片肉由2/3的瘦肉搭和1/3的肥肉組成，肥瘦比例恰當，滷到軟嫩後還特別炙燒過，入口即化，盈滿口腔的焦香味十分迷人。如果覺得光是叉燒肉太單調，就來碗「蔥絲燒豚拉麵」，除了剛剛的燒肉疊疊樂外，再灑上一座小山的蔥絲，微嗆的蔥味搭配炙燒的叉燒肉入口，整碗拉麵更添層次。

如果覺得叉燒肉疊疊樂太令你慌張，也別急著逃走，當然也有「肉量正常」的「喜多方拉麵」可以選擇。被大食怪附身的朋友，一碗拉麵滿足不了你的話，店內還推出拉麵搭配炒飯、丼飯等飯類或是餃子的套餐。十分推薦「燒豚飯」切的燒厚的叉燒肉，炙燒後淋上醬汁搭配熱呼呼白飯，超對味。

「京都拉麵小路」所有的店家，都是使用機器先行購買餐票，機器的耐心不太好，若是邊想邊按時間過久機器會自動跳掉，因此建議把想吃的通通想好一次按好。另外機器上都會有照片顯示，日文看不懂也沒有關係呦！
