標題[心得] 資生堂131粉底刷附刷具套啦!

圖文網誌版 http://qty.pixnet.net/blog/post/37285761 以下文字版 今天試用了剛入手的鼎鼎大名的131粉底刷 真是驚為天人!! 非常迅速的刷勻了粉底液 節省好多時間阿~ 真是相見恨晚 感謝板友們大力推薦~~ 分享一下這次買到的版本 託朋友在日本買的時候 就有預期可能買不到附盒版的(圓筒狀的可愛刷盒) 所以就說一切隨緣 如果沒有就一般版的吧~ 結果這次從朋友手上拿到之後 疑惑了一下 因為左上角明明有寫 "附有專用Case" 但是什麼都沒有阿@@ 翻來翻去才在背面找到"Case要從台紙抽出..." 疑似字樣 然後整個包裝拆開之後 總算找到神秘的Case了!!! 其實就是黑色的刷具套呀~~ 好開心呀~ 滑滑的摸起來是手感不錯的塑膠皮XD 這樣的刷具套比起之前的硬盒裝更合我意 價錢是藥妝店75折後 日幣1350 提供給大家參考^^ -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 114.37.143.67

台中市水利局正研擬「台中市地下水資源維護費收取自治條例草案」，市長胡志強今天建議調整型態，要求草案退回修正。

水利局長劉振宇今天在市政會議中指出，各大型建案工程大量抽地下水以利地下面施工，根據市府都市發展局統計，從民國96年到101年，台中市抽水量達到5億4205萬噸，平均每年抽取9000萬噸，相當0.45座石門水庫水量。

劉振宇表示，這次研擬的自治條例是基於愛惜水資源及地下水資源管理效能，收取地下水資源維護費用，預計平均1年可收到地下水資源維護費新台幣6億元。台中市是5都中率先採取這樣做法的。

胡志強認為，水利局主要目標是想要避免或減少抽取地下水，但是以價制量，會產生如果有錢是否可以無顧忌抽取的疑慮，這樣會抽到讓市府受傷，別人受害。他也擔心，是否養殖業者只要付錢就可以一直抽，建商也是羊毛出在羊身上，將費用轉嫁到消費者身上。

劉振宇則說，如果建商回補注水量為抽取量1/3以上，則可以免繳納，主要讓各界有地下水保育的觀念。

都市發展局長沐桂新則提到，地下水資源維護費用對台中市開發商增加不少負擔，台中市在暴雨期會補注水脈，一次性抽取，雨季過去水脈會回來，長期性的抽則對地質有長遠影響，建議應該將二者進行分析，再研究如何收費。
