【大紀元2013年09月08日訊】（大紀元記者江禹嬋台灣台北報導）〈海峽兩岸服務貿易協議〉（以下簡稱服貿協議）6月21日以「先簽訂，再公布」的方式進行，據協議內容，台灣將對中國開放64大項服務產業，所涉及業別近上千種，範圍涵蓋食衣住行，幾乎無所不包，從商業、通訊、運輸、醫療、配銷服務等，皆步步算計，以便全面掌控台灣。

尤其整個協議內容，台灣對中國完全沒有限制，反觀中國對台項目，大多設有但書，例如到中國必須採取合資，或是配合中國12個五年計畫策略發展，將台灣投資據點僅設於福建省等「假開放」。

政府一味的開放政策，已帶來巨大負面衝擊。全國產業總工會理事長江健興指出，中國利用服貿協議發展他們的產業，但台灣政府卻看不到任何發展重心，與產業現況脫節。

服貿存許多問題

台大經濟系主任鄭秀玲指出，服貿協議有三個不足與失誤，包含沒有注意防護民主自由和國家安全、沒有積極爭取對等開放、沒有努力保障弱勢產業及全民福址。

其中影響還有「重傷印刷出版業，危害言論自由」、「中國網路監控，危害網路中立性」、「台灣更依賴中國，失去經濟自主性」、「沒有注意防護，國家安全亮紅燈」等諸多問題。

尤其全世界就只有台灣先簽服貿協議，再簽貨品協議。鄭秀玲說，「急就章的後果將相當嚴重」，因為服貿協議影響絕不僅限於服務業。

以配銷服務業開放為例，當台灣通路門戶大開，中國業者可先來台灣布局，等貨品協議簽署後，就是從貨源、批發、零售整合成一條龍，加上產品便宜，勢必一舉衝垮台灣內需產業。

磁吸致人才外流

在此協議中，雙方開放模式明顯不對等，中國限縮台投資地點只於福建、廣東等地，且開放模式多不予承諾，台灣企業無法在台跨境提供服務，例如批發零售、電子商務、娛樂文化等服務，將被迫西進中國，形成嚴重磁吸效應，加速人才外流。

鄭秀玲舉例，台灣未爭取到大陸撤銷為台灣購物網站的屏蔽，因此大陸消費者無法直接連上台灣購物網站，如PChome將被迫到中國設立商業據點，且僅限福建省，無法從台灣直接提供服務，不僅影響競爭力，也無法增加台灣就業機會，

反之台灣對中國完全沒有限制，中國不須來台設點即可跨境服務，便可在當地提供服務給消費者。

台大經濟系教授林向愷說，這將導致台灣出口成長不易，服務業資金技術人才流向中國，導致服務業空洞化，讓中國產業壯大，但台服務業漸趨萎縮，無論是製造業、服務業將腹背受敵，進退兩難成長久與深遠的傷害。

變相開放出版業

另外，政府一再強調服貿協議沒有開放出版業，只開放印刷業和發行通路；不過政府不但開放印刷業、零售業，更開放批發業，這些產業連結起來後，就等同於開放出版業並沒有兩樣，才導致國策顧問郝明義跳出反對。

台灣省印刷商業同業公會聯合會名譽理事長吳朝陽提到，大陸有很多潛規則，曾有人開玩笑，大陸跟台灣哪裡不一樣？台灣就像到體育場看足球，買票後一進門就看到整片足球場。

反觀大陸與台灣簽服貿協議，簽了就好像只給大飯店的大廳鑰匙，但要到各個客房，還要買鑰匙，另外消費；他坦言，看到服貿協議內容，台灣所開放的64大項產業，皆有類似情況。

英國《太陽報》報導，來自蘇門答臘的蘇利亞與來自南極洲的企鵝，原本八竿子打不著，但蘇利亞會自動幫忙，餵企鵝們吃魚。動物園的管理員也不知道蘇利亞為何會和企鵝結為好友，但反映出蘇利亞愛心無限。

如題~~傳輸線插上去後沒辦法抓照片
上網找了很多，也試了很多就是沒辦法
安裝了HTC SYNC MANAGER還有MEDIA 11
不過這似乎沒關，有人沒安裝也能抓
也有找到進regedit內砍檔案，也沒用
也有重新安裝驅動程式
總之~~網路上找的都試都不行
也有看過很多人問一樣的問題，但沒答案
到底怎麼解決??我的是windows xp
連找了3台電腦都不行...
請有經驗的解答一下吧，感謝~~
