【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】前世界銀行副總裁林毅夫在廈門召開的「2013年國際投資論壇」上表示，展望未來，中國應該還有20年平均每年經濟成長8%的潛力，預估至2020年，人均收入可望達8800美元（26.4萬元台幣）。

林毅夫指出，在1979年中國開始進行改革開放時，人均收入僅185美元（5550元台幣），但在2012年，中國的人均收入已達6100美元（18.3萬元台幣），成為中等偏上收入的國家；若能持續進行改革開放，2020年將晉升高收入國家。

【綜合報導】法務部長曾勇夫晚間21：45出面宣布，為不讓長官困擾，決定請辭。曾勇夫說，「今天非常不幸與到這樣的事情，為了我們的機關，也為了使長官不受困擾，願意辭職。」

他說：「但我要再度報告，我絕對清白，絕對沒有介入關說，對於莫須有指控，個人非常不齒，未來願意以老百姓的身份，為我的清白奮戰到底。」此時，曾勇夫已經語帶哽咽。

曾勇夫雖同意請辭下台，但過程卻可說是一波三折，知情人士透露，府院幾天前得知此案後，馬江經過密集溝通後，認為法務部長背負全民對司法的信任，不同於一般的閣員，對廉潔的要求更應遠高於一般標準，在上午特偵組召開記者會揭露全案前，馬江再度通電話，確認將由江親自約見曾勇夫，希望他知所進退負起政治責任，未料下午三時曾的態度依然強硬，認為自己沒有關說為何要辭？江苦勸無功後，傍晚入府當面與馬英九會商，但馬仍堅持曾只要當部長一天，司法就要面臨人民不信任的陰影，江宜樺因此銜命晚間再次約見曾，希望他能為顧全大局維護司法尊嚴，最後曾終於同意請辭。
