你常常把「忙不過來」掛在嘴上嗎，在總是抱怨時間不夠的同時，你有檢查過自 己的時間為何總不夠嗎？根據研究，大部份的人之所以總是認為時間不夠，最主要的原因，是因為一些不自覺養成的拖延壞習慣，一點一點把時間偷走了。

趁著一周的開始，好好的檢查一下，糾出潛藏在工作中的時間｢慣竊｣。

1.每個人都有可能有懶蟲：先別以為自己沒問題，把上周的行程表攤出來，好 好檢視一下，那些時段不由自主地被懶蟲掌握，本來應該做完的事，卻無由的被打斷。就算是你是同事眼中勤奮的工蜂，也難保能有效利用時間，可能是因為你的人緣好效率高，在做事時容易被打斷，一被打斷，怠惰就容易上身了！

2.你真的有確實執行｢待辦事項｣嗎？列出待辦事項是每個人都會做的事情，但你真的有確實地執行嗎？若要養成不拖延的好習慣，嚴格遵守待辦事項中完成的進度、時間及順序，千萬別打折，否則時間小偷一定找上你。

3.從簡單的事做起：接受挑戰當然是工作成就感的重要來源，但如果一直把最難的放第一位，那可能一步都跨不出去，藉口拖延就會不自覺找上你。西方人說：只要一點一點吃，一個人可以吃掉一頭大象，挑戰難的目標，但別忘了得從簡單的事情著手，一件一件做完。

4.永遠要往好的方面想。害怕失敗是拖延工作的好朋友，越是怕失敗，越是不敢動手做事，就會開始找藉口拖延工作，懶蟲不找你也難。

5.一定要找樂子。熱情是克服拖延最重要的利器，想想看自己曾經迫不及待做一件事的經驗，試著把那熱情找回來，就算是無聊的工作，應該也有好玩的成份，把工作的樂子寫下來並放在桌上顯眼的位置，想要找藉口偷懶時，拿出來看看，應該受用無窮呢！(來源：WorkAwesome)

【綜合報導】日本松竹電影公司今天宣布，有歌舞伎座入駐其中的該公司大樓，將成為地區防災支援據點。

日本共同社報導，一旦東京都發生大規模地震等災害時，歌舞伎座將開放觀眾席和大樓地下二層的部分空間，暫時接納無法返回家園的人，並將該防災空間名為「木挽町禦助藏前廣小路」。
