餐廳名稱：林口蔡家牛肉拉麵大王 消費時間：2013年8月 地址：新北市林口區林口路120號 電話：02-26022859/86011868 營業時間：10:00~20:00 (星期天公休) 每人平均價位：20~120 推薦菜色：牛肉拉麵 網址圖文版：http://0rz.tw/wuWob 說到吃拉麵，相信大家一定會想到日式拉麵， 濃郁的湯頭、軟Q的黃麵條加上幾塊好吃的叉燒肉... 再想下去就忍不住一直吞口水了!!! 不過今天要介紹一間拉麵大王，卻不是我們印象中的日式拉麵， 而是扎扎實實台式口味牛肉麵搭配軟Q的白拉麵喔!! 這家店面如果不是當地林口人、朋友推薦， 或著是按圖索驥，你可能就會錯過這個好味道、好料理!! 它的店面是位在林口的林口路上，也是當地知名觀音廟竹林寺的附近， 但是它沒有顯著的招牌，不過推薦給大家好認得的方法， 如果是白天來吃午餐或是"Brunch"， 可以找這到這簡單的麵攤掛著可愛菜單的店家； 如果是晚上下班過來吃晚餐，抬頭一看就可以看到招牌上面 掛著好像是寫"老坑"拉麵大王的招牌，恭喜你找到目標，就是這間店面， 可以準備培養心情，好好的吃碗拉麵配小菜嚕!! ≧▽≦y 進到店家，沒有華麗現代化的裝潢，但是卻帶有樸實台灣味的感覺， 感覺大家都是為了這一味而來的~ 來這裡點菜很簡單，牆壁上掛著菜單讓客人一目了然， 牛肉拉麵跟羊肉拉麵就是這裡的主角，大碗的麵就是比小碗的麵多一球拉麵， 而個人覺得小碗麵就可以吃得很飽嚕!! 點好菜，可以先拿些小菜開開胃，這裡的小菜大致上跟一般差不多， 該有的菜色都有，今天點了皮蛋豆腐跟素雞，感覺食材都很新鮮， 而小菜統一價位30塊一盤，還有小黃瓜、豬耳朵等可以選擇喔! 菜單交出去後，不用等太久牛肉拉麵就端上桌嚕!! 牛肉拉麵的湯頭是清燉的牛肉湯加上蘿蔔，喝起來非常甘甜， 完全不會感覺到油膩!! 牛肉是整塊的滷牛肉塊，帶有一點筋， 有兩種不同層次的口感!! 拉麵更是搶眼，不同一般牛肉麵店的麵條，都是細麵跟寬麵， 這裡的麵條是口感十足的拉麵，搭配上清燉湯頭與滷牛肉塊， 真是絕配啊!! 沒嘗過的人，一定要來嘗嘗~ 雖然牛肉麵到處都有，但是有著清燉湯頭與 口感十足的牛肉拉麵卻不是每個地方都有的喔!! 來林口可以安排去竹林寺拜拜後，再到林口路上來一碗好吃的牛肉拉麵， 簡單就讓半天有充實且好吃的行程嚕!! 彰化市安溪東路51巷因地層滑動，導致馬路出現深達10多公分的裂痕，28戶民宅中也有房子出現龜裂，甚至傾斜現象，彰化縣政府及消防局立即進行強制撤離近120名住戶。

連日豪雨不斷，在大雨的沖刷下彰化市安溪東路51巷的民宅31日出現地基下陷情況。當地居民表示，馬路上一開始的裂縫僅2、3公分，到了晚上時不斷擴大，更有民宅的廚房陷落，相當危險。

而彰化縣政府及消防隊評估過後，認為民宅傾斜極為危險，將28戶住戶、約120人緊急撤離，現場也拉起封鎖線，以免有民眾闖入發生意外。

消防人員表示，這28間民宅已有30年歷史，可能是因房子建在山坡地順向坡，且後方是荔枝園，才會導致地基不穩下陷。

【蘇聖怡／台北報導】民進黨立委陳亭妃接獲王姓替代役男家屬陳情指出，王男身高180公分，體重111公斤，BMI值34.26早已超過免役標準，加上有肝硬化問題，王爸爸擔憂，兒子無法負荷成功嶺體訓，恐成洪仲丘第二。但役政署卻堅持，役男入營前沒有申請重測複檢，入營後就不予受理。陳亭妃批評這根本是「不管役男死活！」

陳亭妃說，現行兵役法身高180、體重102.3、BMI31.5以上為免役體位，去年7月卻修正役男服役體位區分標準，以免徒增徵處作業以及防範役男人為規避兵役為由，刪除身高體重以入營實際測量為認定標準，陳亭妃痛批，徵兵體檢與實際入伍時間相差數年，身高體重都會變化，役政署罔顧役男權益。

內政部役政署副署長鍾國屏說，為保障役男權益，去年放寬體位標準，因此入伍時不再辦理檢測，若役男提出疾病問題，會送醫學中心複檢，不適合當兵會驗退；但服役其間因身高體重變化不辦理停役已行之有年。鍾國屏也強調，徵集令入營須知中也說明，若身高體重不符標準，入伍前可向縣市政府提出。

不滿役政署答覆，陳亭妃痛批，難道出事才要處理？鍾國屏強調，「若因身高體重發生問題，我辭職！」

大陸A股市場表現連年衰退，近來大陸證監會積極整頓市場，還是難以改變大陸股市連續五年「熊霸」全球的事實。其中國營企業成為市值蒸發重災區。

8月底大陸證監會裁定光大「816烏龍指事件」為「內線交易」，並罰以人民幣5.2億元（約新台幣25.47億元），創大陸史上最大罰單，證監會出重拳整治市場違規，但仍難挽救日漸頹靡的A股市場。

華夏時報報導，2007年10月，上證綜指登頂6,124點，A股上市公司總市值達到人民幣32兆元（約新台幣156.74億元）後，然而經過五年的擴張，目前上證指數卻在2,000點附近徘徊，總市值僅剩人民幣23兆元（約新台幣112.7億元）。

報導稱，「國家隊」表現最差強人意，全球市值最大的中石油更是投資人心中名副其實的「銷金窟」。中石油股價屢創新低，投資人直言「想跳樓」。

據悉，2007年中石油上市A股以來，股價一路下跌。美國攻打敘利亞開戰在即，全球油價大漲，中石油股價也沒受到鼓舞，截至目前，中石油市值已蒸發人民幣7.13億元（約新台幣34.92億元），「相當於目前滬深總市值三分之一」。

市場上遇到困境的國企不勝枚舉，根據統計，國企被蒸發掉的財富已經超過人民幣30兆元（約新台幣146.9兆元），包含中國石化、中國鋁業、中國遠洋、工商銀行和建設銀行等。蟬聯多年全球最高市值的銀行工銀，7月也讓出寶座給股神巴菲特投資的富國銀行。

國際專家學者對大陸A股未來發展情緒悲觀，甫退休的高盛首席經濟學家、「金磚四國」一詞的發明人吉姆‧奧尼爾毫不客氣指出，長期來說，13億人口的國家還是值得期待的，它的經濟終將會成為世界之最，不過這一可能發生在2007年。

副總裁兼首席經濟學家李迅雷分析，大陸股市以國有企業為主，追求自身利益的最大化，它既不給普通股東分紅，也不需上繳利潤，「大陸在市場上的治理方式有改進空間」。

【綜合報導】週末在網路出現3張與蘋果新款平價手機「iPhone 5C」有關的照片，顯示粉紅色外殼機種的零售包裝方式，及產品使用書與一個取出SIM卡的小工具。
 
蘋果「謠言指揮部」之一的Apple Insider網站報導，第一張照片出現在中國網站，網友分享疑似為粉紅色iPhone 5C裝在塑膠盒中的照片，代表蘋果可能計畫將iPhone 5C陳列在蘋果專賣店內，展示方式類似iPod。
 
另外兩張照片則出現在新浪微博，顯示疑似為iPhone 5C的說明書與取出SIM卡的工具。

【李銘宏／台北報導】今天凌晨3時許，位於南港昆陽街的衛福部食品藥物管理署藥粧大樓突然傳出火警警報，警消趕赴現場查看卻未發現狀況，但仍不敢大意。

警消派遣人員進入大樓搜索，在4樓大辦公室發現有濃煙冒出，但隨著時間過去濃煙也漸漸散去，因此警消懷疑現場可能是電線走火，初步並未發現起火點，警消在現場將囤積在室內的濃煙排去，並通知負責大樓機電的人員到場協助處理。
