歐洲股市周五清除了本月的漲幅，擔憂軍事攻擊敘利亞，使得投資人謹慎。美國經濟數據亦大多低於預期。

歐洲Stoxx 600指數下跌0.9%，收於297.32，本月下跌0.8%。

本周，歐股大盤指數收低2.4%，創6月以來最大單周跌幅。擔憂可能軍事干預敘利亞，為股市壓力。

分析師說，敘利亞是壓低股市的主要因素之一。這項擔憂，不是因為敘利亞是一個大市場或大產油國，而是對中東地區影響廣泛。

由於夏季假期，成交量偏低，股市走勢因而誇大。

石油股受到壓力。敘利亞衝突仍為市場焦點。上周敘利亞政府使用化學武器攻擊平民，點燃了西方的怒火，美國與英國均考慮是否進行軍事干預。

周四晚，英國國會投票，否決了軍事干預敘利亞，立即攻擊的擔憂因而減緩。此一消息使得原油價格下跌，稍早原油價格一度上漲至逾二年高點。

但儘管英國選擇旁觀，報導指出，美國仍準備單獨對敘利亞採取軍事行動。

BP PLC (UK:BP)股價下跌1%，Royal Dutch Shell (UK:RDSB)收低1.3%，Total (FR:FP)下跌1.4%。

英國FTSE-100指數下跌1.1%至6412.93，本月下跌3.1%。

法國CAC-40指數收低1.3%至3933.78，本月跌幅為1.5%。

德國DAX-30指數下跌1.1%至8103.15。本月下跌21%。德國7月零售數連續第二個月下降，帶來壓力。

此外，歐元區7月失業人數下降，但並未能壓低失業率。

美國經濟數據亦為焦點，投資人評估聯準會(Fed)何時開始縮減量化寬鬆(QE)。

密西根大學8月消費者信心指數自6年高點下降。美國7月個人支出僅小幅上升。芝加哥採購經理指數上升幅度低於預期。

趁著黃金於6月底大幅下跌時進場的投資人，可謂獲利頗豐。黃金於6月28日跌破每盎司1200美元後，至本周初已大漲了近20%，突破每盎司1420美元。

選擇權分析師Jon Najarian說：「第二季結束時，黃金嚴重技術性超賣，但此時則已轉為技術性超買。」

他已出脫了半數多頭部位，其餘部位打算於1450至1500美元範圍，或於飛彈射向敘利亞時，賣出。

傳統上，當新聞標題駭人時，應買進黃金與原油。儘管這兩種商品的基本面，與敘利亞幾無關係，但近來原油價格大漲，黃金亦表現不俗。

在黃金大漲之後，投資人的問題不在是何因素推升了黃金走高。敘利亞是黃金上漲因素之一，當然還有其他各種的狀況。

有意買進黃金的投資人，心中的問題在於，敘利亞問題若出現任何決議，無論好壞，是否能提供低點進場的機會。

若美國或聯合國決議攻擊敘利亞，Najarian相信黃金將立即走低。

【賴宇萍╱綜合外電報導】中國證監會今天公布了對光大證券下錯單烏龍事件的處罰，決定沒收光大證券非法所得8721萬元人民幣（4.26億元台幣），並處以5倍罰款，罰款總額達5.2328億元人民幣（25.6億元台幣）。

中國證監會將光大證券下錯單的事件定位為「內幕交易」，批評光大證券交易軟體存在缺陷，公司也存在嚴重的內部風險管理問題，並表示，將暫停批審光大證券新業務。

對於4位相關決策負責人徐浩明、楊赤忠、沈詩光與楊劍波，處以終身禁入證券市場，並分別罰款60萬元人民幣（293萬元台幣）。

對於投資人因光大證券內幕交易受到的損失，中國證監會表示，投資人可依法提起民事訴訟要求賠償。

【林巧雁／台北報導】國泰金控今天舉行法說會，總經理李長庚會後接受媒體採訪表示，希望中國的保險業者可以參股國壽與國泰世紀產險，創造雙贏局面。
 
另外，被問及不動產投資，他表示，只要有好標的都會考慮評估，國壽全省都有投資。也希望能擴大開放海外投資不動產，由目前的正面表列改為負面表列。海外不動產投資的收益更好，也不影響國內市場，有利壽險業的資產配置。
