【湯寶隆／高雄報導】高市1名與警所為鄰的李姓家庭主婦（34歲），受不了警方每天一到固定時段即施放警報聲疲勞轟炸，家中2名幼兒還因此屢受驚擾，只好打1999求助並向《蘋果》投訴。
對此，高市民防管制中心主任王俊生今天說，警報器測試是政府政策且已行之有年，會針對這起個案，先調整李女住家對面警所施放時間，另警界同仁也反應減少施放天數，以減少民怨，會蒐集同仁意見，向上級反應。

【綜合報導】鸚鵡能模仿人類說話，牠們的說話能力有時真的能超乎想像。

有中國網友最近上傳一段短片，片中一隻鸚鵡與主人對話，初時鸚鵡撒嬌，要主人「來抱抱」，之後又罵主人討厭，隨後又對主人說「我愛你」，並大唱《熱情的沙漠》，忽然又再大罵主人討厭，氣得主人無言以對。

【呂志明／台北報導】北市復興實驗高中附設幼兒園林姓老師，疑因入學問題和男子張台光起糾紛，去年10月19日清晨6時許，張男找好友林家弘、林萬豊助陣，到林姓老師住處守候，見林姓老師準備騎機車出時，竟將其安全帽扯下當武器一陣狂毆，造成老師全身多處挫傷、瘀傷，還撂話「你這5天不要出門上班，否則要斷你腳筋」。

事後警方循線找到2名林姓男子，並查出教唆的張男，將3人移送法辦，台北地檢署今依恐嚇、傷害等罪將3人起訴。

【王玉樹／台北報導】在環評初審被做成「不予開發」結論的國道7號，今天在環保署環評大會複審敗部復活！環評委員今天討論審查後最後贊成就「不應開發」與「進入第二階段環評」2案進行投票，結果15個委員有9票支持國7進入第二階段環評，推翻初審結論。交通部可再花1到2年時間就國7開發提出更精細的環境影響評估再送審，這條高速公路仍有重新建造機會。

國道7號主要為紓解高雄港區聯外貨櫃運輸計畫興建，起點為南星計畫區，至仁武與國道10號相銜接，總長23公里，共闢有8個交流道，總投資金額615億元。為求翻案，今天交通部由次長陳建宇親自出馬，會中國工局主張國道1號中山高未來10年一定會飽和，必須透過國7當作第2路廊紓解車流。雖然環團與地方人士不斷在會上發言質疑此條高速公路開發必要、並說明可能反造成高雄市區道路車流回堵與空污影響居民健康，但是最後環評大會仍以9票多數支持，認為此案對環境有重大影響可再進入第二階段環評，讓此案重獲生機。

W209 音響請益 大家好，小蛇我朋友最近入手一台W209 CLK，前車主改了外廠Dynavin主機，但整個音響聽起來就是很糟糕，中高音部分很不清晰，還會破音，開去問了幾家音響店結論是主機不好(那主機主打電視，倒車顯影功能，聲音處理部分很陽春) + 原廠喇叭用了10多年了所以音質大大變差。 我朋友本身不是追求高品質音樂的，但是那音質真的如同...小學時候司令台大聲公播放國歌國旗歌的那種音質，各位可以想像有多爛了，所以我朋友打算這樣做： 換主機：買一個原廠COMMAND主機 or Pioneer/Sony/JVC/國際牌等中階主機 (預算10k~15k　command 有ebay找到2手400鎂左右) 換掉原廠喇叭：買一對分音式喇叭 + 一對同軸喇叭　不用太好　其實我朋友要求很低，能夠達到新車原廠那樣或比原廠好一點即可 = =　(預算10k~13k) 擴大器部分: 買一個4聲路的擴大器　or 最近看上y拍有賣車用5.1二手擴大器　如後者我朋友還可裝個中置喇叭? (CLK要選配BOSE才會有中置喇叭，不然是空著) (預算 3k~7k) 在此想跟各位先進請教: 1. 我朋友這樣的改裝OK嗎? 能否回復到原廠新車的音質? 或能再好一點... 2. 網路資訊及音響店均說喇叭有壽命(譬如他們說Lexus的只有7年)，可為何我家的家用音響用了15年了還是很棒，是否因為車用喇叭工作環境很惡劣？各位板友的愛車如開超過10年有否感覺喇叭音質顯著惡化？ 3. 給車麗屋裝音響OK嗎? 我們有去車麗屋詢問他們說他們技師都沒問題，我想說W209出了10多年了應該不需什麼先進技術。可另一方面音響店的人告誡我們說這W209很複雜，又是光纖又是can bus，感覺就是一定要他們才會裝，可是他們推薦的喇叭主機擴大器最低階的各個都要兩萬起跳，我根本不需要這樣等級的音響，而且音響店的也不幫安裝非他們店家售出的器材。所以目前朋友心中是想自己找料件，請車麗屋幫忙安裝。 4. 如果問題3的答案是否定的，各位先進是否有建議好的音響店？　台北台中皆可 5. 如用非專屬主機，音響店員是跟我說就要放棄can bus的功能(方向盤控制，儀表板顯示曲目等)。但我在ebay有看到這個: CAN bus stalk http://www.ebay.com/itm/400553281855 有點類似給音響用的解碼器，不知板上大大有沒有用過這東西？ 萬分感謝 謝謝 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 140.109.18.143

無音樂網誌：http://www.wretch.cc/blog/pinkolivejp/1192021 到底多少錢才是物超所值？ 出國前來弄個頭毛 選這家店是因為髮型師的ＦＢ作品 再看到官網的介紹和網路心得才來 一進門有點嚇一跳 一看就不是中高價位的裝潢 跟我預想有差別 帶位的小姐滿親切地招呼 但是很怪的是沒有置物櫃 讓我每次離開座位都很擔心東西不見 之後有另一人請我穿類似浴袍的衣服 也有給我水和餅乾 設計師和我討論一下 很快就去處理別的客人了 我因為這家店有頭皮隔離才來染髮 因為掉髮比較嚴重有點擔心 但設計師似乎對這項技術有點沒信心 我就請他不要染靠近髮根 染髮前是自己染的亞麻色 這次想染深和深層護髮 染髮前真的有進行頭皮隔離 染髮中也有戴耳罩 染劑並沒有刺鼻味也沒有不適感 染完就去洗髮和護髮 洗頭的技術真的不是很好 途中一直和其他小姐閒聊 抬頭看到的地方有很明顯的掉漆和破裂處 洗完設計師總算有回來了 因為同時有3.4個客人不太有時間理我 有送我一瓶頭皮洗髮精 但是忘了跟我說如何染後照顧和整理技巧 最後花了快3800 滿讓我驚訝 這樣的服務和店家品質需要到這種價位 想去嘗試的人請慎重考慮 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 58.150.106.244
