▲機身正上方，左邊開了許多散熱孔，右邊則是印上商標和型號。
▲機身下方的Micro-USB插孔為電源供應之用，在其左方為LED電源燈號，右方則是重置鈕。
▲機身右方可插入microSD記憶卡，最高32GB，右方則是標準的USB 2.0連接埠。
▲左方為標準大小的HDMI插槽，最高可輸出1080p畫面，包裝內也有附贈1條HDMI連接線。
▲機身後方是個2dBi的無線網路天線，可平躺或是立起至90度。
▲機體拆開後就是這樣子，應用處理器上方有著1片散熱片，散熱片和機身中間還有導熱墊將廢熱導至外殼上散去。
▲內部電路版正面，左方為4GB的eMMC記憶體，中間為聯發科應用處理器，右邊有2顆256MB的DDR3記憶體顆粒。
▲電路板背面左方為無線網路晶片，最高支援802.11n，中間擺放2顆256MB DDR3記憶體顆粒，與正面2顆共同組成1GB的容量。
QTV168使用聯發科MTK8638T應用處理器，CPU為Cortex-A9 1.0GHz雙核心，GPU為Mali-400，在目前的Andoird電視棒中是相當普遍的規格，小編在介面操作中並沒有感到任何延遲，較為簡單的3D遊戲也是執行順暢。唯獨較為可惜的是這顆處理器並不支援NEON指令集，NEON是個SIMD型處理器，目前大多用來處理多媒體檔案。MTK8638T少了它，安裝播放程式時還需要另外下載解碼器，幸好MTK8638T的處理效能夠高，播放1080p影片完全沒問題。
