【李政遠／雲林報導】日前潭美颱風侵襲台灣，北港溪下游的雲林縣水林鄉，因溪水溢流，水林鄉成為水鄉澤國，淹沒360多頃的花生、蕃薯、玉米、西瓜等農作物，出現腐爛的情況；水林鄉長陳怡帆今上午帶了30多位農民，攜帶腐爛西瓜及標語前往雲林縣政府陳情，農民高喊整治大排，解決水患之苦。

鄉長陳怡帆表示，向縣府陳情鄉民迫切治水優先的需求，8年8百億預算，從2006年通過迄今，預算已告用罄，牛挑灣大排至今都還是以太空包當土堤，無法擋住宣洩的洪水，造成水林鄉年年淹水，農作物損害，要求縣府將水林鄉的農損，向中央提出專案補助，28日將帶領400位鄉親北上向監察院陳請，追究中央官員「怠忽職守」後，並轉向行政院抗議。

縣長蘇治芬接見鄉親時指出，22日萬興大排潰堤，看到排水溢堤淹水，立即打電話給行政院長辦公室，表示有緊急災情通報院長，迄今院長都沒回電話，28日將會與鄉親一起北上陳情抗議。

【綜合報導】中國四川成都市的一處大型二手汽車市場，今天(25日)晚間7時左右發生大火，市場大廈濃煙滾滾衝向天際，火舌不時躍出建築物外。附近的網友表示，現場還不時傳出爆炸聲，大火有不斷蔓延之勢。

目前當地消防人員已到達搶救，但大火仍未撲滅，暫時還沒有死傷報告。

新竹市香山派出所員警今年4月查獲王姓男子頭湊進17歲少年大腿上，表示「要撿東西」，少年沒穿褲子，衣衫不整，表示「乾爹拍我私處，做成長紀錄」；檢警認為，王為少年口交。新竹地院依違反兒少性交易防制條例，判王6個月徒刑，緩刑2年。

判決書指出，59歲王姓男子今年4月7日晚間，開車載17歲乾兒子返家途中，在車上對少男拍裸露下體照片，巡邏警員原以為他車子拋錨需要協助，趨前詢問，發現王神情慌張，頭靠在少年大腿上，一手拿相機，辯稱在「找東西」，17歲少年光著下半身。

警方在扣案的相機記憶卡內，發現有11張裸露性器官照片，王男坦承拍攝乾兒子下體照片。少男說，乾爹告訴他拍照是做成長紀錄。

少年願意原諒「乾爹」，王男與少年的家屬達成和解，賠償6萬7000元。

法官認為，王男有悔意，態度良好，且與少年家屬達成和解，王過去沒有前科紀錄，依違反兒少性交易防制條例中拍攝猥褻行為物品罪，判6個月徒刑，緩刑2年，並沒收扣案的數位相機和記憶卡。
