【綜合報導】高雄市江姓男子在臉書社團中認識一名外拍正妹，兩人相約到高雄糖廠勘景時，江男臨時起意約正妹去汽車旅館拍照。正妹在房間內以近乎全裸狀態讓他拍攝，江男大起淫念，撫摸正妹下體和胸部，還說：「我很喜歡妳說不要、推開我的樣子。」遭反抗才罷手，正妹事後提告。檢方依強制猥褻罪起訴江男。

江男辯稱正妹缺錢，願意以1000元讓他撫摸；又雖然江男提出兩人在車上被行車記錄器錄下的對話，江男說：「真的不要要把我推開啊」、「今天沒有算強迫你喔」、「你自願的喔」等語，但正妹從頭到尾都只短促答「嗯」，隔天便不接江男電話。

檢方認為正妹外拍有11000元收入，若真缺錢可要求被告先付3000元試鏡費；且事發後她馬上打電話男友，男友打給外拍主辦人說女友被江男欺負，回家後一直洗頭洗澡，外拍主辦人建議她提告。檢方認以上屬實，江男所辯不足採，將他起訴。

【綜合報導】針對媒體民調顯示，超過6成民眾希望國民兩黨主席舉行服貿協議辯論。
 
民進黨主席蘇貞昌表示，馬總統當初簽服貿協議就是黑箱作業，如果能藉公開辯論讓民眾能夠了解，「辯論是好事，只怕馬總統不敢」。
 
面對蘇貞昌的嗆聲，國民黨回應，既然國人對服貿協議有疑慮，馬英九主席願意參加辯論。

民主進步黨今天舉辦中台灣反核說明會，前副總統呂秀蓮上台時，要求台下的黨主席蘇貞昌等人脫西裝，眾人尷尬地配合。

這場由民進黨中央舉行的反核募款餐會在台中舉行，席開50桌。包括蘇貞昌、呂秀蓮、前行政院長游錫堃等人都親自出席，感謝在場出錢出力的國際青商會、國際扶輪社、國際獅子會、國際同濟會等四大社團成員。

呂秀蓮致詞表示，誰能保證核電廠安全？總統馬英九最多再做3年，而台電董事長隨時可以下台，但連先進國家都無法保證核電廠安全，所以千萬別相信他們。

呂秀蓮話鋒一轉看著台下的蘇貞昌說，希望未來包括黨主席來出席反核四活動時，能「脫掉西裝」，因為穿西裝、打領帶，體溫要增加攝氏2度，冷氣也得下降攝氏2度，如果脫掉西裝、解放自己，冷氣就可開到攝氏28度，台灣就不會有缺電問題。

呂秀蓮講完後，蘇貞昌上台時，就把西裝脫掉馬上響應，而同桌的四大社團的負責人在呂秀蓮坐下後，也陸續把西裝脫掉，餐廳跟著調高冷氣溫度。

蘇貞昌則表示，民進黨27年前建黨時就把「建立非核家園」寫在黨綱中，但過去贊成的都只有3成，直到日本福島核災發生後，才引起大家的重視。

【陳威廷／台北報導】屏風表演班下午宣布今年12月29日完成《莎姆雷特》吉慶版巡演後，將無限期暫停演出。文化部轉述在美國訪問的部長龍應台說法表示，今年7月初她探視李國修遺孀王月時，王月就有此想法，當時建議王月先照顧身體、修復心靈，至於屏風的事則待王月身心恢復後再深談。文化部表示，屏風的決定文化部理解與尊重，但會保持密切聯繫，並提供必要協助。
