濟南中院今日再審薄案，下午就濫用職權進行法庭調查，前中共重慶市委書薄熙來坦承，王立軍事件發生時，自己「不冷靜」、「嚴重誤判」，但是他「沒有徇私枉法」、「弄虛作假」。

前重慶市副市長兼公安局長王立軍下午現身法庭與薄熙來對質，他稱自己「不只是證人，還是薄案的受害人」。

王立軍說，在海伍德死亡前一天，薄妻谷開來就告訴他，要對海伍德下手；但直到2012年1月28日才明確告知薄熙來，谷開來殺了海伍德。

其後，王立軍稱他在29日被薄熙來當著其他人的面毆打，最後選擇逃進美國駐成都領事館，「因為很危險、受到暴力對待，身邊工作人員與案件偵辦人員都失蹤了」。

薄熙來則反駁，海伍德死後，王立軍曾經跟他提過，有人說谷開來與之有關。而他向谷查證時，谷非常生氣，說都是王的指使、王教一句他們寫一句，並拿出重慶公安局證明，稱海伍德飲酒過量心臟猝死。

薄熙來稱，王立軍頭一天說是有人說谷開來涉入，但當他第二天再問是不是王授意的，王卻支吾其詞，「這讓我覺得他是兩面派，於是給了他一巴掌」，「但我沒有要逼他走、逼他叛逃的意思」。

薄熙來亦稱，2月2日是讓王立軍「免兼」公安局業務，不是「免職」，因為「王立軍自己說要交換崗位、減輕壓力，所以索性就調了」，而相關人員宣稱王是「休假式治療」，他並不知情。

【綜合報導】美國加州的森林大火已經蔓延一星期，但天乾物燥難以控制，優勝美地國家公園(Yosenmite)都已失守，目前加州西部共有50多處大型火場，且今天(24日)已威脅到舊金山的供電系統，舊金山當局宣布進入緊急狀態。

在內華達山脈發生的森林大火蔓延得最快，當地時間周五(23日)已經蔓延到舊金山以東的旅遊熱點優勝美地國家公園，燒毀了公園東北部達4450公頃的林地，距離公園主要遊客區只剩31公里。乾燥炎熱的天氣加強火勢，大火只有2%受控，至少已燒毀12棟建築物、威脅4500戶及無數個家庭被勒令撤離。當局正與國防部及加拿大當局尋求協助，要求增援及協助救火。
