標題[食記] 新疆 魂牽夢縈的大盤雞拌麵：馬胖子名吃

餐廳名稱：馬胖子名吃 消費時間：2013年/5月(例：2010年/7月，必填項目，違者刪文) 網誌版 http://pitasi.pixnet.net/blog/post/154335338 出發去新疆之前，查了很多資料，特別是在「吃」的部分，更是勤作筆記，知道新疆在口 味上偏向油、辣、鹹，還有以羊肉為主食，看到有人寫說去新疆玩，每天都吃一樣的番茄 炒蛋麵，我心當場涼了一半，因為我在台灣時，不太吃羊肉，口味也吃很清淡，我就很認 命去買很多餅乾跟泡麵，要帶去新疆享用。一下飛機，先到飯店check in休息一下，就到 這家馬胖子用餐。 馬胖子這家餐廳，是我在烏魯木齊的朋友推薦的，說是比我原本找的那些要好吃多了，是 當地人才會去吃的美食。友人都這樣說了，抱著姑且一試的心情前往。一進門是很間單的 陳設，我有先打聽好這家什麼好吃，必點的是大盤雞拌麵，其餘的我就看別桌都吃什麼， 跟著點一樣的，結果這一餐吃下來，讓我太驚艷了，原來新疆菜那麼好吃，行李箱內的乾 糧應該可以帶回台灣了 (笑) 有照片為證，出發前真的採買了一堆，只有餅乾有打開在路上的時候吃，盛夏都沒有開， 又帶回來了。 夏天的烏魯木齊氣溫相當炙人，這時候來碗涼皮消消暑是再適合不過。涼皮，顧名思義是 「涼」的，加入涼皮、黃麵、芹菜、豆皮，還有獨家的香料調味，形成獨特的風味，在夏 天吃非常清爽無負擔。 新疆的拌麵通常都是店家自己擀的麵條，麵條Q彈有勁。家常拌麵的佐料多是一般家庭使 用的食材，像是香菇、青椒、番茄、洋蔥與雞肉，進鍋裡快炒即可，麵條水煮之後撈起， 拌入佐料即是一道簡單又不失風味的小吃。 這就是讓我思思念念的大盤雞拌麵(友人說應該改成大盤羈絆麵才是:p) 大盤雞拌麵裡頭 加了許多辣椒、青椒、馬鈴薯、雞肉與麵條。新疆18怪之中的「大盤雞裡拌皮帶」使用的 麵條大多是寬版，在新疆稱為皮帶麵，意思是跟皮帶一樣粗的麵條，麵條跟雞肉吸滿辣油 ，咬在嘴哩，一股辣勁開始蔓延出來，雖然辣得、熱得滿頭大汗，依舊是一口接一口，停 不下來。 外面就是烤羊肉串，不過羊肉串沒有在這家吃，在新疆，要吃羊肉串還不簡單，到處都有 ，隨時想吃都可以吃到。 -- 攝影；閱讀；旅行；公共議題；流浪；走山；音樂；藝術；明信片；生活；深呼吸 http://pitasi.pixnet.net/blog -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 175.98.71.198 ※ pitasi:轉錄至看板 China_travel 08/18 00:11

【陳意佳／綜合報導】電影《激戰》男主角彭于晏近期在中國各地勤跑宣傳，他今於微博分享在雲南當孩子王的照片，其中有張他一手撐起3位小男童的趣照，他表示：「在雲南拍激戰最開心的一場戲，納西族的小朋友踢球，能體驗生活過簡單的日子也可以很幸福，做好一件事不容易，但有做總比什麼都不做來的開心踏實。」最後還說：「星期天是全家團聚日。」提醒粉絲把握天倫樂。
