【綜合報導】中國江蘇省江陰25歲的產婦芳芳，怎麼也不會想到自己5歲時不小心吞下的繡花針，竟然會藏在子宮壁內20年，日前進行剖腹生產時才被醫生發現取出。醫生指出，芳芳的個案異常罕見。

這支繡花針長約4公分，顏色發黑，已完全生鏽，幸好並未深入子宮肌層進入子宮腔，否則後果不堪設想。芳芳是因為超過預產期8天孩子還沒有出生，才到當地醫院進行剖腹生產，順利產下了一名女嬰。

醫生在手術中探查子宮雙側時，見子宮右側下方埋藏一支長約4公分、直徑約1公厘的黑褐色硬物，起初以以為是女用避孕環，但形狀又不像。醫生一問下，芳芳才想起，自己在5歲時曾吞下一支繡花針，因為當時沒有不適症狀，家人沒理會，隨後也沒出現異樣，就沒再理會，直到結婚懷孕。

了解情況後，醫生用血管鉗從腹腔順利取出繡花針。醫生相信，繡花針被芳芳吞進肚內後，進入胃部、腸道，再在腹腔內游走，最後停留在骨盆腔子宮旁間隙的安全位置，牢牢地固定在子宮壁上，20年來沒有造成任何重大傷害，當事人還能懷孕生產，個案實屬罕見。

釣魚台議題多年來爭議不斷，中日台3方各有說詞。14日，宜蘭地院駁回先前「還我釣魚台大聯盟」對於日本首相、防衛省損害賠償的告訴，保釣團體痛批這是喪權辱國。記者會上保釣老兵張俊宏、獨派大老吳清、原住民立委巴燕達魯等都怒斥，宣布15日將帶領民眾出來遊行抗議，誓言光復釣魚台。

還我釣魚台大聯盟在6月17日，控訴日本首相安倍晉三企圖霸權侵占釣魚台後使之國有化，並對日本防衛省侵害原告之漁業權，造成原告漁獲損害、不能工作等損失，對宜蘭法院提起損害賠償訴訟。

14日，宜蘭地方法院在並未開庭的情況下就先行駁回訴訟。原告委任律師陳振瑋表示，「宜蘭地院根本在幫對方辯護，對方根本就尚無答辯，我們就被駁回，連解釋的機會都沒有。」他更指出，宜蘭地方法院在判決書上，日期填上8月1日，表示地院早已做出判決要駁回，卻還在近日要求他們補上日文起訴書。他無奈抗議，被告根本沒有收到起訴書。

起訴書內容顯示，主要駁回理由是在公共水域經營漁業者，應經主管機關核准並取得漁業證照，但由於原告並沒有提出主管機關所核准的漁業證照，因此請求損害賠償的事件應駁回。對此陳振瑋說，「我們補得出來，但法院也不給原告補證的機會就直接駁回。」

「但這是中華民國史上首次，在判決書中肯定了中華民國擁有釣魚台的主權，算是在憤怒中唯一感到欣慰的事。」東吳大學校長劉源俊說，「希望保釣不要因為任何意識形態分裂，這次很難得，原住民、台獨人士也都加入我們的保釣行列。」

台灣獨立建國聯盟主席吳清，也一改立場前來支持保釣，他說是拜菲律賓所賜。他認為，菲律賓敢欺負台灣，就是因為日本先欺負台灣。前原住民立委巴燕達魯代表全體原住民發聲，「沒有人尊重台灣原住民自然主權，釣魚台本來就是噶瑪蘭族土地，祖靈還在那！」他說跳過國家間的紛爭，原住民原有的捕撈權更重要。

美麗島受難者、前民進黨秘書長、前海基會副董事長，也是第一代保釣老兵張俊宏表示，15日將有保釣大遊行，「8月15日是二戰日本戰敗日前夕，我們大家就一起到日本交流協會抗議，表達台灣人不能讓步。」他要大家一起走上街頭，光復釣魚台。

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北「雙子星開發」案持續發酵，上周台北市議員林瑞圖槓上中工後，今天雙方再度較勁。林瑞圖質疑，中工採用分包廠商，透過轉包方式買空賣空、炒地皮，中工澄清指出，「雙子星開發」案本來就分2階段，分包商只負責興建，和永續經營無關，中工絕對有意願永續經營50年，只要台北市政府願意跟中工簽50年經營合約，但北市府只願簽10年約。

林瑞圖昨天參加NEWS98新聞台「非耀不可」節目時，再度和中華工程投標「雙子星開發案」槓上。

林瑞圖還強調，中工已經預售未來可分回的35％樓地板面積作為籌資，若導致私人入住，致使住商混合，讓國門中有一部分產權屬民間所有。中工反駁，「雙子星開發」案的C1基地有18%土地屬於私地主，故國門中有一部分產權屬於私地主是理所當然！依據合約，中工將可分回約35%樓地板面積，中工擁有就是民間擁有，何來全部國有，而且招標須知已規定，將來只有旅館、商辦、商場等用途並無住宅規劃，何來住商混合！

【李銘宏／台北報導】台北市消防局今天凌晨接獲一名便利店員工報案，表示店內疑似有不明氣體外洩，讓店內"霧霧"的，但警消趕到現場，卻什麼也沒看到。

警消表示，根據店員描述，便利店最內側處有出現霧氣，但後來他將大門開啟後，霧氣便逐漸消散，因此警消研判可能是今天溼氣較重，水氣遇冷又遇到大門吹進的熱空氣才會導致輕微水氣出現。

【陳郁仁／海地報導】海地最高法院在二零一一年的大地震中倒塌，中華民國政府現承諾提供四點七億台幣，幫助海地重建最高法院大樓。總統馬英九出訪中南美今抵達海地，他與海地總統馬德立將一同替最高法院工地舉行動土儀式。在前往動土儀式的途中，路邊突然出現一群海地人，對馬德立總統大聲歡呼；馬德立也突然走入人群，引起現場一陣騷動，馬總統順勢被擠到人群中，一起與馬德立跟海地群眾擊掌。隨護們則緊張的跟著人群中的兩國元首，深怕總統們受傷。
