【簡銘柱／台北報導】多家大廠惡意關廠遭積欠資遣費、退休金的工人組成全國關廠工人連線，今天早上10時許在立院前聚集抗議，表達政府出面以「貸款」名義發放款項給關廠工人，去年勞委會卻編預算提告追討，成為黑心公司的打手。

全國關廠工人連線表示，勞委會不應將司法當工具來以訟逼和，一手提告，另一手推補貼方案，他們將遊行到立法院，爭取辛苦工作賺的老本，現場約有百名關廠工人和聲援者參加。

八部前後圍遶愍念未來薄福惡業衆生即
入准提三摩地說過去七俱胝佛所說陀羅

曩莫颯多引南引三藐三没馱引俱引胝南
引怛你也二合佗引唵者禮主禮准泥娑嚩引二

若有修眞言之行出家在家菩薩誦持此陀
羅尼滿九十萬徧無量劫造十惡四重五逆
五無間罪悉皆消滅所生之處常遇諸佛菩
薩豐饒財寳常得出家若是在家菩薩修持

7、《七俱胝準提陀羅尼念誦儀軌》（唐．大興善寺．三藏沙門．不空奉詔 譯）

8、《七俱胝佛母所說準提陀羅尼經會釋》（清．弘贊會釋）

因為此咒所現起的根源為此，所以準提菩薩也可說是七十七俱胝佛所共同加持的化身。 

讚偈語：「稽首皈依蘇悉帝。頭面頂禮七俱胝，我今稱讚大準提，惟願慈悲垂加護」 

準提咒 ：準提菩薩的真言為

南無 颯哆喃 三藐三勃陀 俱胝南 怛姪他

 唵 折隸 主隸 準提 娑婆訶

一般唸的準提咒為: 「唵 折隸 主隸 準提 娑婆訶  」此為短咒。
