中廣新聞網 –
8月13號就是七夕情人節，新北市剛開始行駛的水上巴士，宣布將在當天推出夫妻或情侶一同搭水上巴士，兩人同行一人免費，另外，拍照打卡上傳臉書即可免費搭水上巴士。交通局表示，現場也準備了限量600朵象徵愛情的玫瑰花，準備分送給前600位前來搭乘水上巴士的民眾，送完為止，邀請大家一同來淡水河上搭船賞夕陽，歡度不一樣的七夕情人節。
交通局表示，情人節當天配合潮汐時間，「忠孝碼頭 )大稻埕碼頭」航線將從下午兩時開航到晚上七點，共有16航班，「忠孝碼頭 )華江碼頭」航線自下午兩點到四點二十分，共有8航班。

【陳俐妏／台北報導】宏達電（2498）下午在台推出hTC One mini，根據透露，hTC One mini的單機價為1.59萬元，相較於香港的售價近1.7萬元來得便宜，最快可望在8月中旬起開賣。
據了解，此次One mini主要跟國內四大電信業中華電（2412）、台灣大（3045）、遠傳（4904）及威寶等合作。

| 在場次上cos自創角？

我自己在PF有要賣自創小說、想要cos自創小說裡面的主角、算是幫自己宣傳吧。
角色外表、個性、故事背景、未來設定跟草圖都有出來
缺的只是武器跟服裝搭配（就是還沒有把全套配起來）。
場次上面好像有很多人很忌諱自創角？
我自己沒有cos過自創角所以不清楚(っ• ̀ω•́ )っ
我的角色是近乎全自創、大部分都是依照自己的想法、只有少數一兩個是引用別人的（超能力方面w）←白目＃
我想請問的是：
1.這樣子走在場次上或會場內、沒問題嗎？
2.角色有拿雙槍、拍照的時候拿出來比動作可以嗎？←沒cos過拿武器的角色
3.角色設定是短裙+吊帶網襪、而且又是胸部大的姊姊、這樣子走在會場上大丈夫嗎？好像會有點觸及到色情、會場好像會禁止？
4.大部分網路賣場都是賣單色假髮、但我這個角色有做挑染造型、是該買噴劑來噴還是買髮片固定著下次就繼續用？
5.角色如果是在眼睛纏繃帶、是該什麼時候纏？頭髮綁好還沒戴髮網的時候？戴好髮網還沒戴假髮的時候？戴好假髮的時候？（幫忙設計的朋友是畫在頭髮裡面、只看頭髮的話外觀上看不出來有纏）
6.彎彎的呆毛該怎麼做出效果Orz朋友畫的呆毛髮量還挺多的、還有畫一堆反翹的效果（總之就是整個角色看起來頭髮就亂亂的不過很有型）是要用髮膠抓？還是有其他更好的方法可以讓他不要看起來不要像用髮膠一樣這麼死板？
7.角色的臉上身上有一些刺青、請問是要自己畫？還是有那種可以幫別人製作身貼紙的店家？
對不起我問題真的有點多（抹臉）
煩請各位大大幫我解答（土下坐）20點奉上、請笑納！
