蔡籲國是會議 謝建議蔡「赴約會談」

民進黨前主席蔡英文呼籲馬總統取消出訪並召開國是會議，府方回應總統出訪計畫不變，但回國後願與蔡交換意見。行政院前院長謝長廷八日與蔡英文見面，建議她「不必計較身段或委屈」，赴約會談，促成國是會議。

蔡英文日前接受udn tv專訪時表示，「在社會處於不確定狀態、人心惶惶的時候，總統應該留在家裡，好好處理事情」。她九日也將親自舉行記者會，呼籲總統召開國是會議，針對兩岸政策、年金改革、核四公投等社會高度爭議的議題，凝聚國人共識。

據指出，謝長廷八日下午與蔡英文會面，兩人談了約四十分鐘。謝長廷認為，蔡英文要求召開國是會議，馬英九回應將邀蔡到總統府會談，看似各說各話，但現在台灣民眾充滿悲觀、焦慮，如果蔡、馬兩位總統競選對手願意見面，對談問題和解決之道，應有助於民心穩定。

謝長廷建議蔡英文不必計較身段或委屈，為人民跨出步伐，赴約會談，促成國是會議，解決人民痛苦。他還把這段建議貼在自己臉書上。

大陸國家統計局9日公布，2013年1-7月商品房銷售面積6億1,133萬平米、年增25.8%，增速較1-6月回檔2.9個百分點；其中，住宅銷售面積年增27.1%。1-7月商品房銷售額3兆9,549億元、年增37.8%，增速較1-6月回檔5.4個百分點；其中，住宅銷售額年增39.9%。

大陸1-7月全國房地產開發投資4兆4,302億元、年增20.5%，增速較1-6月提高0.2個百分點。其中，住宅投資3兆0,318億元、年增20.2%，增速回檔0.6個百分點，占房地產開發投資的比重為68.4%。

大陸1-7月房地產開發企業房屋施工面積56億8,681萬平米、年增16.2%，增速較1-6月份提高0.7個百分點；房屋竣工面積4億1,643萬平米、年增7.9%，增速提高1.6個百分點。1-7月大陸房地產開發企業土地購置面積1億8,717萬平米、年減1.4%；土地成交價款4398億元、年增14.7%。截至7月底，大陸商品房待售面積4億4,274萬平米，較6月底增加543萬平米。

1-7月大陸房地產開發企業到位資金6兆6,831億元、年增31.5%，增速較1-6月回檔0.6個百分點。

信昌化（4725）7月合併營收為17.61億元，較2012年7月的20.43億元衰退13.78%；前七個月總營收129.94億元，亦較2012年同期的147.45億元衰退11.87%。

信昌化是合成酚生產廠商，產品有酚、丙酮、異丙苯、丙二酚、環己酮等；其中，異丙苯年產能44萬公噸、酚34萬公噸、丙酮20.9萬公噸。
