【張惠凱／台中報導】台中市太平區７日晚間十點多發生狗咬人事件，一名黃姓男童（１４歲）在樹孝路住家附近遭到一隻家犬咬傷，男童返家後告訴奶奶，兩人回到現場告知狗主人事發經過，隨後將男童送往附近的賢德醫院就診，由於目前狂犬病肆虐，該院並無狂犬病疫苗，院方不敢大意，遂將男童轉送署立台中醫院就醫，署中急診醫師施兆明表示男童左膝有淺層傷口，狗主人也表示小狗有打狂犬病疫苗，初步判定男童並無大礙，已將男童包紮後由家屬帶回家休息。

十月底到十一月中旬是中国西部赏秋最美的时分。
那红橙黄绿的调色板将为大自然填上最天然的色彩，配合着晴空万里的背景，随处一拍这就是张完美的名信片。如斯美景，我想与有缘的你一起分享。

想到中国穷游不是一两天的事了，真正下决心是在今年六月份的时候。选择四川是冲着她的四川菜，熊猫和九寨沟而来。目前出发日期已定，就差能够一起玩一起疯的伴！

我来自大马，女生。性格开朗，不拘小节，有点小迷糊。目前在纽西兰打工度假，今年十月毕业。想在开始步入生活正轨前，给自己多一份自由。

想找随和乐观的伙伴（首选女生）一同旅游。不想过于死板跟着计划，到了一个地方喜欢就多留一天，能跟着当时情况而做出调整。因为这趟是穷游之行，所以国际青旅，徒步，火车将是常客，娇气的同学就不好意思了，不过在吃方面就会奢华点，我是爱吃者吃货一枚

大致路线是稻城-亚丁-稻城-新都桥-康定-海螺湾-成都-九寨沟-成都。
预算 =2500～3000人民币 时间=11.11.13～28.11.13

【大紀元2013年08月09日訊】（大紀元記者陳俊村編譯報導）俄羅斯一名男子日前將偏遠地區的一條道路「大卸八塊」，隨後將鋪築路面的混擬土平板偷走，不料在運送的過程中被警方攔截，人贓俱獲。

據英國天空新聞臺報導，這名40歲男子是隸屬俄羅斯聯邦的科密共和國（Komi Republic）的居民，他涉嫌偷竊該共和國一處村落通往維切格達河（Vychegda River）的道路上的82塊水泥平板。

該名男子據信使用工業用的機器拆除路面的水泥平板，然後以3輛卡車裝運，不料被警方截獲。

據該國內政部估計，這些失竊的水泥平板價值約4,000英鎊（約6,217美元）。

該名男子被捕後已經坦承犯罪，他將面臨最多2年的有期徒刑懲罰。

俄羅斯近來發生不少針對基礎設施的竊案。今年6月，一名男子涉嫌以焊槍拆除一座橋，警方依據做案使用的牽引機所留下的軌跡找到該男子的住所，該男子同樣面臨可能關押2年的刑罰。
