今年夏天真的很熱 我房間是東曬加頂樓 雖然我已經把保養品們放在太陽照不到的地方了 但每天回家用保養品時還是覺得瓶子溫溫的 有點怕保養品會變質 所以想問大家在夏天時會把保養品放在哪理?謝謝 ps.我有考慮要放冰箱裡，可是它是公用的...而且放滿了超多奇怪的東西 所以暫時不考慮 -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.101.57

受惠於低失業率和投資增加，新加坡扭轉第1季萎縮頹勢，加足馬力向前衝！總理李顯龍8日在國慶前夕演說表示，預估今年經濟將成長2.5%-3.5%，高於當局原先估計的1%-3%。

RTT和彭博社報導，李顯龍宣布新加坡上半年經濟成長2%，在全球景氣充滿不確定之際，穩健前行；該國吸引了更多優質投資，失業率也維持低檔。他表示政府平抑房價、遏止過度借貸的努力出現成效。

大華銀行(UOB)經濟學家Francis Tan指出，由全年成長展望可見，今年下半經濟預估將擴張3.1%-5%，表現強勁、符合該行預期。上個月星國公佈第2季GDP初估值，季增年率高達15.2%，表現遠勝第1季的衰退1.4%，增幅更為2011年以來之最；該國將於8月12日公佈修正值，彭博調查11位經濟學家的預估中間值為14.2%。

大華銀行的Tan強調，匯率走貶有助外銷和觀光業；預期今年年底新加坡幣兌美元將跌至1.30新幣兌1美元。新幣今年迄今貶值3.2%，跌幅大於泰銖和新台幣；人民幣則上漲了1.8%。嘉實XQ全球贏家系統報價顯示，台北時間12點42分為止，美元兌新加坡幣升值0.10%至1.2602。

美國銀行(BOA)經濟學家Chua Hak Bin認為，服務業擴張帶動整體走勢，拉升經濟成長。他說服務業大幅轉強，此外金融業、商業甚至躉售貿易也都有所提升。

【大紀元2013年08月07日訊】（大紀元記者林莉莉臺灣臺北報導）模仿江南大叔Psy爆紅的超人氣童星Little Psy 7日受邀出席在台灣臺北舉辦的品牌活動，並擔任該品牌的品牌大使，Little Psy可愛的模樣惹人愛，一身白底銀蔥西裝現身，馬上就吸引了眾人的眼球。

Little Psy散發著小小巨星光芒，聽到音樂聲，馬上就江南大叔上身，開心熱舞起來，他現場大跳江南大叔Psy最新舞曲《Gentleman》，還有自己的個人單曲《Show Time》，跳到忘我時便掀起背心，露出鮪魚線，觀眾驚呼聲不斷。

現場，Little Psy跟觀眾一起玩遊戲，在「填滿冰箱接力賽」中，成績不太好，Little Psy說，他平時只負責開冰箱找食物，現在拿東西填滿冰箱，讓他一時很不習慣。當他把清潔機器人當成遙控車，跟在場的小朋友比賽時，表現出奇的好，過彎、倒車通通難不倒他，還直呼「很過癮」。@*

【綜合報導】洪仲丘案涉案的542旅前副旅長何江忠、前連長徐信正、前上士范佐憲，8月2日分別被軍事法庭以20萬至30萬元交保，引發民怨高漲，高軍檢不服提抗告，送最高軍事法院審理，昨天宣布抗告成立，重開羈押庭，經過跨日馬拉松庭訊，結果在今天下午裁定三人交保。高等軍事法院發言人倪運喜上校在裁定記者會上公布的新聞稿全文如下：

一、國防部高等軍事法院檢察署軍事檢察官因被告何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲等3人因共同職權妨害自由等嫌疑案件，不服本院102年訴字第012號交保裁定，提起抗告，經國防部最高軍事法院將原裁定均撤銷，發回本院，本院合議庭隨即就渠等是否羈押開庭訊問。

二、本案經訊問被告及聽取檢辯雙方、告訴代理人意見，復審查卷證及訊問所得，認案內被告何江忠、徐信正、范佐憲等3人與其他共同被告，基於共同犯意，明知攜帶照相功能手機，按「國軍資通安全獎懲規定」應核予申誡而非悔過7日處罰，卻執意執行，其中，被告范佐憲聽命並主導洪仲丘送悔過7日之士官評議會結果，被告徐信正為單位主管，具有士評會核准權，復未依規定召開人評會，被告何江忠指示徐信正等人在洪仲丘退伍前快速取得檢體報告送進悔過室執行等客觀事實，涉犯刑法第28條、陸海空軍刑法第45條第2項「共同對部屬施以法定種類以外之處罰」及刑法第28條、陸海空軍刑法第76條第1項第2款、刑法第134條、第302條「共同職權妨害自由」等罪，有軍事檢察官所指犯罪事實之犯嫌。

三、 軍事檢察官本次庭訊所提出之事證及先前抗告理由，本院詳加調查、審酌，認被告3人尚能坦然面對案情，偵查中至今，均經軍事檢察官訊問2至7次、本院(庭)羈押訊問均有3、4次，每次庭訊均達數小時至十數小時，已較一般刑事案件為甚，所為供述有筆錄可憑，客觀犯罪事實已堪認定，如今偵結起訴，若日後翻異前詞，前後供述之真實性，合議庭自當有所心證；而范佐憲於具保後自行於假日返回案發單位，全程有旅部連輔導長陪同監管，未查有串證實據，均認已無羈押必要。

四、 審理中法院羈押被告，當為對被告日後獲判有罪有相當程度確信，本案依陸海空軍懲罰法所定，具有懲罰核定權之主官，對於所屬過犯之士官施予悔過，合於該法所定之懲罰種類，則本件究僅「懲罰過當」或「違法懲罰」？幹部行使懲罰權，是否為「非法方法」而構成妨害自由罪？又懲罰核定程序具有瑕疵，然並未逾越權責及法定程序要求（即召開評議會議、被告到場等），是否有「違法」懲罰或「非法」妨害自由？合議庭採取保留之見解。關此，因與軍事檢察官所持法律見解存有部分差異，亦連帶影響本件羈押審查；合議庭灼然明瞭本案之矚目程度及公民情緒，仍本於法律認知而為理性正確之判斷。當此軍中人權維護及部隊領導統御衝突之個案發生，對於相關懲罰法律之適用及「刑法不限」界限，攸關國軍領導統御乃至於戰力之維護，本庭至為嚴謹慎重，謹守中立客觀，但求毋枉毋縱，免另生冤抑。

五、本件認被告等偵查羈押至今，已無羈押必要，惟依串證可能之心證，命何江忠（增加原裁定20萬元）以新臺幣50萬元具保、徐信正（維持原裁定）以新臺幣25萬元具保、范佐憲（增加原裁定20萬元）以新臺幣40萬元具保候傳，均限制住居及出境、出海，並不得對被害人家屬、證人之身體或財產實施危害或恐嚇之行為，亦禁止以自己或透過他人與其他被告、證人等連絡，於案件審理期間未經本院允准禁止進入陸軍五四二旅，如有違背，合議庭將重新斟酌羈押。

六、軍事審判法業經立法院102年8月6日三讀通過修正案，俟總統公布施行後，本案將隨即移交管轄之地方法院，併予敘明。

英國駐葉門使館　也延長關閉時間

【綜合報導】英國外交部5日宣佈，英國駐葉門使館關閉時間，將延長至穆斯林齋戒月結束，但並沒有指明重新開放的具體日期，先前，英國在2日宣佈，駐葉門使館在8月4日、5日兩天臨時關閉。英國外交部發言人指出，出於安全考慮，駐葉門使館將延長關閉時間。同時，英國駐葉門使館已經將部分人員召回。

外交部也更新葉門的旅行警告，呼籲國民取消赴葉門的旅行計劃，表示葉門目前受到較高程度的恐怖襲擊威脅，遊客很可能遭到恐怖或武裝份子的綁架，在齋戒月期間尤其是開齋節即將到來需要特別提高警惕，並警告在葉門的英國民眾最好馬上離開。

2010年，英國駐葉門大使館和外交人員曾兩次成為恐怖襲擊的目標。
