洪仲丘家人質疑軍檢的死亡檢驗報告書的死亡點地怎麼是在「自宅」？法務部法醫研究所病理組長、法醫蕭開平說，遺體檢驗報告書記載的死亡地點是「最終死亡地點」，不是案發地點，軍檢寫法沒有錯。

蕭開平表示，依據洪家的說法，洪仲丘在三總急救無效，留一口氣回家拔管才斷氣，因此死亡地點寫「自宅」沒有錯，這是司法和軍法檢驗遺體的實務作法。

這隻迷你杜賓晶片的原始資料是登記一位李先生的名字(於100年5月10日首次登記) (第一日) 入所當天(中午)掃到晶片我就馬上聯絡這位李先生 李先生表示他一年多前這隻狗被他人強佔走 說實在當下因為這隻迷你杜賓是連著寵物推車一起來的 加上最近狂犬病疫情，我很小人之心的猜測是惡意棄養 就直接詢問這位李先生是否還有意要繼續飼養 而李先生表示他經濟狀況不佳無力繼續飼養 於當日下午便即至我們所內辦理棄養 因棄養犬隻並非協尋狀態中 所以沒有滯留12天才能認養的程序 (第二日) 隔日一位林先生來參觀時看到這隻迷你杜賓就表示想要認養 雖然我個人覺得這位林先生有點怪 但是認養的要件是只要年滿20歲，因此我們也不能拒絕 就辦理認養跟轉移 (第三日)再隔日，就有一位許小姐打來表示這隻迷你杜賓是他的 並且是沒有植入晶片，當下我就告知這隻迷你杜賓身上有晶片 而且飼主並不是許小姐，並且已經有民眾認養出去(我從沒說是好心的先生= =) 許小姐才說是她之前撿到，而且也帶到動物醫院掃描晶片沒有掃到 並且質疑所方為何沒有將犬隻滯留12天 當下我又再次強調犬隻有晶片且主人已經辦理棄養 許小姐的行為其實已經構成侵占，許小姐才退讓，改為向所方要求認養的人資料 如果本所隨意將認養人資料給予他人，先不論若造成認養人財產上損失的責任誰負 以後還有人敢來本所認養犬隻嗎?! 為了讓許小姐安心犬隻不是被我們所內員工ㄟ走或是被安掉 我還是告知認養人是住在台北市萬華區 結果下午林先生又把這隻迷你杜賓退回了 退回單上的理由是不吃飯 (第四日) 當日早上許小姐再次打來詢問該迷你杜賓 當時來打狂犬病疫苗的民眾人數眾多，我正在忙狂犬病疫苗這邊 所以是同事接的電話，同事不知道林先生把狗退回 忙完回來同事有給我許小姐的電話 我當下就有回撥無人接聽，合計當天早上下午一共撥了四次 早上都是關機狀態，下午好不容易不是關機卻無人接聽 (第五日)許小姐就來把這隻迷你杜賓認養回去了 結果現在卻來責怪所方沒有滯留犬隻，沒有回撥電話 沒有滯留是因為犬隻是棄養狀態 電話我有回撥無人接，卻變成沒有回撥 之前就有看到發文，本來想說何必揭人瘡疤 卻不想反被誣衊，可以請你們說話有點良心好嗎 每天打來詢問狂犬病疫苗跟跑來施打的人次已經夠多了 狗你們也認養回去了，請問你們還希望怎麼樣? 請原諒我，看到明明是理虧還能理直氣壯的人，就會理智斷裂! ※ 引述《csmymy (豬頭)》之銘言： : 資訊來源:自己 : 內容: : 前幾天我媽帶狗到4號公園遺失 : 有po文詢問版上~這次來報告狀況 : 這隻迷你杜賓~叫妹妹 是母的 : 當初會到我家也是因為是流浪狗 : 帶去醫院後沒有掃到晶片 : 然後有被氣切的狀況?(不懂專業名詞 就是做手術不讓狗叫 : 所以就加入我家了~ : 這次遺失 剛好有被網友撿到送到安平派出所 : 然後去問警察說 被動保處?帶走(電話是中和收容所... : 聯絡到收容所 說被一位住萬華的好心先生領養走了 : 說因為個資法還是什麼balabala...所以領養人的電話不能留給我們 : 只好留電話希望對方能跟我們連絡(我跟我媽各打了一次 : 今天我媽有聽人說對方好像又不領養了(因為回去都不吃飯 : 所以就直接包計程車過去了 發現真的是我們家的妹妹 : 感謝有幫忙的大家 謝謝! : 重點=>對方不領養了,送回收容所 : 但是收容所並沒有來電通知我們(可能很忙吧?Orz : 所以有寵物遺失的,最好親自去看看 : 或許有這麼一點機會 可以找到您的寶貝喔^^" -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 118.160.233.116
