【陳俐妏╱台北報導】第4家上市電信業者今天來報到，亞太電信（3682）今天將掛牌上市，掛牌股本330.56億元，上市承銷價12.3元。

亞太電信去年營收257.12億元，稅後純益33億元，每股純益1元。今年首季稅後純益6.62億元，每股純益0.2元。

截至今年6月亞太電信負載佔資產比為16.26%，流動比例為241.02%，截至今年8月初行動寬頻上網用戶數已近50萬戶，持續攀升中。亞太電信已送件參與第4代行動通信（4G）競標，看好憑藉台鐵環島光纖骨幹網路優勢有信心突破考驗，接軌4G時代來臨。

要求洪仲丘命案真相的群眾，再度上了台北街頭。不過包括洪家的人在內，很多人都不知道，他們高喊的真相，正是當今世界上最難得到的珍寶。

就洪案來說，這個真相究竟該是什麼，值得探討。

真相就是一個不容扭曲、不可因任何理由而改變的真事實。如同美國法庭裡，任何坐上證人席的人，都要宣誓的誓言：事實、完整無缺的事實、沒有摻雜的事實。洪仲丘命案真正要追求的事實及真相，只有一個：完整無缺、沒有摻雜偏見、怨恨、政治等等雜質的真相。

但是，這樣的真相之難求，甚至在某些時空下，不可求，是現實的無奈。最近的例子：美國佛羅里達州社區巡守員George Zimmerman槍殺十七歲黑人小孩Trayvon Martin的案件，美國社會出現諸多爭論及抗議浪潮；不外乎就是對這一事件的所謂真相，有不同解讀。

但是，很現實的，法庭陪審員給的真相，就是這件槍殺案，不是殺人，而是自衛。美國社會這種真相難求的案件，多如牛毛，儘管檢討及批評聲時起時落，但大家都承認，這就是現實生活的一部分。

洪仲丘是被強力體能操練操死的，這是基本真相。大家要的第二層真相，就是誰用這種不人道操練，操死他的？誰有這種操死洪仲丘的犯意聯絡？以及這麼做的動機是什麼？

就基本真相言，洪仲丘的屍體會說話，他身上顯示的狀況，把這個真相完整呈現。但第二層真相之後，就難求了。一來，洪仲丘死亡之後，軍方有好幾天讓那些可能涉案的人有可能、有時間串好了證，扭曲了真相。往後軍、司法調查時，這些可能涉案人都有了心理建設，懂得保護自己權益，而且法律又給予他們「不證己罪」的人權，所以，軍法偵查後的結果，大家都喊沒有真相。

其實，這就是民主人權社會的現實。從洪仲丘的角度看，是人權，該追求；從那些被嫌疑的軍人身上看，也有人權，該保障。這也就是司法界講求「毋縱」的同時，還要追求「毋枉」的道理。洪家姊姊要伸張洪仲丘人權的時候，也應該守住不輕易傷害他人人權的分際。

現在的洪仲丘真相，已經被那些具有政治目的、經濟目的及社會名利的諸多因素，搞得更混濁不堪，應該沒有任何一個版本的真相，會滿足所有的人。我想問那些領頭上街抗議的名人：你要的真相是什麼？是政黨版本、民代版本、司法版本、還是眾人你云我云的版本，或者是你心中自我決定的版本？

洪家姊姊昨天說得好：讓洪仲丘放下，沒有罣礙，一路好走。佛家說的放下，有慈悲生者、犯錯者的內涵，更或多或少含有對現實的無奈與接受。洪家若能放下自我心中已定的真相版本，接受這個社會體制內最能符合真相的版本，就是無所得故，無罣礙。
