【綜合報導】根據21世紀經濟報導指出香港首富李嘉誠，似乎正逐漸「離港，將資產西移，到目前為止，約半數的公司資產已轉移至歐洲，3年累計海外併購額高達1445億港元。

2010年，以長子李澤鉅為先鋒，長江基建、電能實業和李嘉誠基金會合作，斥資58億英鎊，從法國電力公司(EDF)手中買下英國電網業務，不到1年，長江基建再次出手，花費24.1億英鎊收購英國水務公司(Northumbrian Water Group)，10個月後，長江基建高調出擊，以6.45億英鎊收購英國配氣網絡Wales &West Utilities(WWU)，三項業務的企業價值合共超過125億英鎊。

短短2年內，長江集團一躍成為英國最大的單一海外投資者，歷史投資總額超過300億英鎊。單在基建方面，長江集團為英國1/4的人口提供配氣服務，旗下的英國電網掌控英國30%的電力供應，去年收購的英國水務公司 (Northumbrian Water)則為超過7%的英國人口提供飲用水。

今年6月，李嘉誠更將觸角伸到歐洲其他國家，由控股母公司長江實業牽頭，豪擲97億港元收購荷蘭最大的廢物轉化能源公司AVR共計35%的股權。

相比之下，在香港，李嘉誠3年內僅有兩次參與併購。2010年，和黃從華潤集團手中耗費57億港元增持國際貨櫃碼頭的權益。今年3月7日，和記港口信託再次支付39億港元收購亞洲貨櫃碼頭股權的所有權益。

再以資本開支為例，和黃前6個月共計支出110億港元，投到歐洲地區的就有76億港元，占比高達69%。期內，香港與內地合共14.3億港元，甚至還不如亞洲其他地區的開支(20億港元)。

若計算資產和負債，歐洲總資產為3516億港元，占比44.5%。單一歐洲3集團負債累計1251億港元，若加上基建、港口和零售業務，歐洲債務總量超過集團總負債的一半。

專家分析，李嘉誠寧可忍受連續8年的虧損(2003年-2011年)也要繼續投資歐洲3G業務，這已充分證明了歐洲在他心中的地位。

而且高槓桿的財務投資出現在歐洲，則預示這場資產西移的過程還遠未結束。

（軍聞社記者林敬傑臺北四日電）為提升便民服務與效能，國軍歷史文物館現已完成團體導覽預約系統網站改版作業，讓預約團體可直接從網頁查詢「預約狀況」，歡迎有導覽需求的民眾多加利用。

　國軍歷史文物館表示，該館目前僅針對特展提供團體導覽服務，十五至四十人不分組，四十一至七十人分兩組，七十一至九十人分三組；若參觀團體人數不足十五人，則不提供專人導覽。

　為維持導覽品質，國軍歷史文物館每週一至週五同時段限定一至二個團體申請團體導覽預約，每次導覽時間約卅分鐘，如有預約需求者，可先至網頁中「行程參考」及「預約狀況」查詢是否已有其他團體申請，週六依館內人力決定是否受理團體導覽預約；如欲取消團體導覽行程者，可於該館網頁點選「取消預約」並輸入申請時填寫的電話號碼，直接進行取消。
